Do the newbie routine. No equipment, just your hands. Shit works, doing a very light version of it when i first started i gained .25" in a month before i took a long hiatus. If you follow the routine to a T then you'll see incredible results. No days off.
 
I think you should go with SRT. Very powerful and can be modified for your time and equipment. If too much go with the newbie routine and swap out the girth work with pumping

Isn’t jelqing and manual stretching the worst kind of PE? It’s not regulated by any tension bars etc. I hear it’s dangerous cause you can never judge the tension. Maybe I’m wrong.
You are wrong. I got over an inch length increase by doing manual bundled stretches with a broomstick. As my penis got longer and thicker it works better, and better. No problems at all.

Have you thought about what you're doing with LENGTHMASTER 3? The penis is really tough and can be stretched really hard. Look through my videos and see how hard I'm stretching, this will change your mind.
 
Can you help me come up with a day to day by week. Monday-Sunday for the exercises I want to do? I just don’t where and what days to put them at. Like Monday do I rest, Tuesday work out? Etc. I just wanted to find a way to put 2 days light hanging, kegels, towel raises, and frequent erections in a 7 day week. Question is on what days during the week? It’s only for maintenance btw. I know what I want to do but the days I’m stuck where to do it.
I think you're overthinking this part of it. You're the only person on this forum that knows what your schedule looks like, so asking someone on here to tell you when to do your maintenance routine likely isn't going to work out as well as if you decided it for yourself.

If you have your routine figured out then it's just a matter of getting it done when you have the time. If you can reliably do the whole routine in one day, just repeat that twice a week, but try to keep the days evenly spaced as best you can. Like try to do your routine on Tuesdays and Fridays and you don't have to worry about it any other day of the week. If you can't do it all in one day then do half your routine Tuesday and the other half Friday. With the exercises you want to do I don't think it will make a difference how you split them up if you have to do it that way.

I think for best results you should pick an activity you do daily and try to do your kegels then, such as driving to/from work, or taking a shower. I'm sure only doing them on days when you do your routine will be fine, but the more you use those muscles the healthier and stronger they'll be.

I meant it as I need to maximize what I can now prior to getting a LM3.

I haven’t made the purchase yet. I prob will in a month or two once I see where I’m at.

I didn’t find a broom stick similar to yours- but I did see a clothes hangar that had a 12” long style dowel rod across the bottom
And gave that a go yesterday. It was impromptu so I didn’t have a massive plan in place but I used it for bundled stretches and as sort of a Push/ pull aspect bending around the rod

I didn't find my Broomstick, I made it.

Good you found something else to use. The only thing you need to make this work, is a long object to bundle your penis around.
