Personally I do the 2nd way - 1 of every stretch starting behind the cheeks and ending with the straight up and then start all over again.

3 sets of each, so
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds x 3

He's asking if you do all 3 sets of behind the cheeks and then move on to 3 sets of straight down, etc or if you can do 1 of every exercise and then start over again and do it a total of 3 times.

Hi dld i just read on page 98 that you said dld blasters can be add to this routine. The only problem is the dld "A" stretch, how to do it. I searched on the internet about the reverse kegel and it said that when doing it we do not feel nothing in the pc muscle unlike when kegel (i can feel the pc muscle contract). For the reverse kegel we need to use our stomach or abs to do the reverse. I try to push and my lower abs is being used but i do not feel anything on my pc muscle like it says on the internet, am i doing it wrong?

First get in a warm up of about 3-5 minutes of a hot compress, hot shower or bath, dipping the penis in warm water, heating pad, etc. This will help with bruising and spotting. Next I would begin the routine with Bundled Stretch, about 3-5 minutes worth, these will help prime the penis for stretching, essentially loosening the Tunica and allowing for less resistance and better stretch. Lastly, retract the foreskin so you are stretching penis and not skin.
 
I really hope all this stuff works. I'm gonna put the work and money in. Just got an extender, gonna get a bathmate. Been doing manuals before and in between strap ins. I'm starting at 7.5-7.9in x 5.5in girth. I wanna get to 9.5 x 6.5. All I can say is I hope that it isn't all bullshit.

Take a better attitude to what you are about to do, having a positive outlook is very important. As far as "I hope all this stuff works"; If this did not work we would not be in business for 16 years. :)

Some of us will get scars, it's gonna happen. I have a scar from what used to be the base of my penis and it's creeping up the shaft a little. It's hard to see when I'm erect so it's no big deal to me. I'd just think of it as proof that you're growing.

Straight Down Rotary Stretches about this, i know that rotatory stretches is when you grab you penis behind glans, stretch it out and start doing wide circles (touching your right leg, going up touching you lower part of abdomen, left leg, testicles... by touching i mean touching with your hand which is holding the penis).
But what about STRAIGHT DOWN/UP rotatory stretches?

A warm up can be light stretching, light pumping, deep massage, these all will warm you up. The Rotary stretch is the same in all position just as it is in the out position. If doing upward Rotary Stretches you simply stretch upward while rotating, same with down, left, right and back.

can you give me instructions about deep massage? Do you count masturbation 15-20 min before stretching as warming up ?

lol. No masturbation is not the best warmup.

Deep Tissue Massage is when you penis is flaccid and you massage in between the forefinger and the thumb. Start at the base and work your way up the penis. You can add heat to this to make it even better. Another great warm up would be the Testical Health Massage and Stretch found in the Newbie Routine.

You said you used to complete the routine 3 times a day, does that include the girth work too? or just stretching and kegels 3 times a day. hoping to attain the same goals you did in 6 months.
