No, this does not contain DLD Blasters but I encourage you to add them in, they are a very formidable length exercise. The newbie Routine is an outline really, as is SRT, both can be added to or taken away to fit the schedule and lifestyle of the Brother.

Where do i add them?after jelqing,stretching ,warminup, or where? Also how many sets and seconds and how di i do this excercise?
 
My Officials measurements (15th April 2017)
NBPEL- 13cm (5.12in)
BPEL- 15cm (5.9in)
Mid penis girth- 14.5cm (5.7in)
Base penis girth- 15.xcm (5.9in)
Glans girth- 13.5cm (5.31in)

Starting from 18th April 2017, I'm doing stretches every night before bed, 20 min after i masturbate (it works, masturbation really relaxes penis and ligaments, its like warming up). Soon i will add jelqs too, but for now doing only stretching.

I read what DLD said about BPFSL so i've done it now (after exercising).. My BPFSL is 15cm (5.9in).

Do them during your stretching session.

Performing the DLD Blaster:
Warm up to the Blasters
Sitting on the toilet in a totally flaccid state stretch penis upward to a taunt pull. In this state do 100 quick Kegels. This will aid in making you aware of the PC muscle prior to engaging in the Blasters. It will also serve to pre-exhaust the PC muscle to some extent. When this is complete move on to the actual Blasters.

The Blasters
Sitting on the toilet get yourself into the DLD “A” stretch. For some this may be difficult due to wrist size so the RB fake arm stretch or the Dual Fulcrum Stretch can be substituted. I would prefer that everyone eventually get into the “A’ Stretch as an ultimate goal so continue trying to get into it as you make gains.

Once in the “A” Stretch pull your penis to a good solid stretch straight out. In this position do kegel. (take note of how your penis will pull back as the PC muscle flexes) Hold this Kegel for 5 seconds. Feel the pull back? If not loosen stretch a bit...your main objective on this part of the stretch is to feel that slight pull make so the next part of the exercise can be felt. The Kegel portion of this exercise is to serve only this function..this is where you will be training your PC muscle the stretch is only in place to feel the pull back.

Now this is where you want to really stretch... do a Reverse Kegel (as you make this change from a Kegel to a Reverse Kegel you will feel the PC Unflex) As you RK pull your stretch to accommodate the unflex, meaning just as when you Kegel the penis pulls back the penis in a Reverse Kegel will produce more slack. Stretch this to your max for 5 seconds. During this 5 second Reverse Kegel be sure to pivot your arm or fake arm to increase tension. The idea on the Reverse Kegel is to take your stretching capasity beyond normal and this is accomplished by the Arm pivot, Fake arm Pivot or Increasing pull on Dual Fulcrum.

This is one Rep.

You should continue to do rep sets of these. (formula 5sec Kegel, 5 sec Reverse Kegel= One rep. x 50)

The same instructions apply to the "Bundled Version of this exercise"

Jesus I just figure out that it's 3 sets of stretches, I have been doing one only!! what waste of 11 days...! :(

Can I divide the stretches thought out the day or should I do them in order ?

Yu'd have to warm up and cool down every time and I don't think it'd be very effective either. Theoretically you'd be able to stretch just a little bit longer by the 2nd and 3rd sets making them more effective.

I start with the behind the cheeks, 1 set of each, then the straight down, then straight out, then the up ones (and doing rotary cranks in each position), then start all over again.

If you're going right from one to another you can have all 3 sets knocked out in about 30 minutes. Not really worth breaking up through the day unless you have no choice time wise. However I've read a bunch of guys saying they do additional stretches during the day here and there.

I warm up with warm water while massaging my penis for 3-5 min. same with warming down. Is this fine or I'm not doing enough?

I always finish the set with BTC as my flaccid is little longer, it makes it easier to accomplish?

That is more than enough! The Massage is also very smart to help loosen things.

Sorry to be such a burden on you guys but I have more questions.

While I was cleaning/warming down after my exercise yesterday. I pulled my foreskin back and I noticed that my shaft was purple/black/dark blue it looked swollen (like a blister).
I didn't mind, I went to sleep and the swelling was gone in the mornings but the area was still dark and a little sore (the soreness is gone now).

Is this what you call a midt-shaft discolorations? should I take a break before it gets worse.
To be honest I'm not a fan of offdays? What should I do?

Btw the discolorations or whatever it is, wasn't there until yesterday. Actually it wasn't there before I began doing 3 sets of stretches.
 
Definitely take a break. You are probably using too much pressure. Be a little less aggressive for awhile and gradually increase your grip.

Just be very consistent with warm downs and deep tissue massage. These 2 practices will keep the color correct.

I have noticed today that my foreskin does not allow me to get a good grip while doing BTC, so what's happening is that while I'm stretching, I simultaneously stretch the inner thin skin and the blood vessels in the skin break that explains the purple/black/red bruises.

I'm ditching BTC and exchange it with STD :(

I'm doing it with the LengthMaster. It is a bit faster cause you can move quick and your grip isn't getting weak.

Agree with the answer. Also Loky, The LengthMaster will bring length gains faster than any other tool.

An extender can be added at any time but choosing the right one for you is important.

We carry 3 currently
-The Phallosan
-The PeniMasterPro
-The SizeGenetics

They each play different roles and each has their own benefits. The Phallosan allows for all day and all night stretching witch is unique to an extender. The PeniMasterPro is a combination of the SG and the Phallosan. The SizeGenetcis is strictly a spring and bar ADS. The PMP and SG are more intense than the Phallosan but the time you can wear the Phallosan makes up for this. Some men have been experimenting with the PMP through the night but I would be careful with this an set alarms.

Gostaria de saber se existe cura para clarear a pele onde o SSJ causou, pois não saiu nunca mais essa macha escura. Ficou permanente, pensei que ia curar, mas isso não aconteceu.
