Você tem um pequeno corte dentro de sua uretra, isso acontece com os homens nos estágios iniciais do treinamento. Não é nada para se preocupar e vai curar dentro de 3-4 dias. Na maioria dos casos, isso nunca acontece novamente. Eu tive que acontecer uma vez e foi de ser muito agressivo. Tire 3 dias fora do trabalho de girth ereto e você deve ser fino.

my routine consisting of

Straight Out to the Left: 60-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 60-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 60-seconds
straight down to the center: 60-seconds

First week 100 jelqs (5 min)
second and third weeks 200 jelqs (10 min)

But today I started the DLD's First Routine
is there a stretch routine that can replace "behind the cheeks" exercise?
I can reach my penis but can´t hold to it, it´s not longe enough, can I replace it with another stretch routine with the same results?
And is there a video of what cranks are?

If you have a membership to the Video Site you will find Rotary Stretches in there, along with all the other stretches. If not hopefully this image helps you. If you can not yet do Behind the Cheeks replace with Downward stretches, eventually you will be able to go further back until you can go behind the cheeks. So downward stretching will be the closest stretch to BTC. Now, do you plan on ramping this up to the full Newbie Routine?

Welcome!

I did see a video somewhere on here of what the rotary cranks are. It's pretty simple though. Pull outward (or up or down depending on which stretch you're doing) and "crank" in a circle. Also there's videos of all the stretches in the newbie routine. I was doing behind the cheeks standing up until I saw a video of someone doing them sitting down. Now I do them sitting as its a bit easier.

Look into the Bathmate and the LengthMaster. I've recently aquired both and while I'm still getting used to using the LengthMaster I can say for certain that the Bathmate is AMAZING. I use it every night and sometimes do extra length work with it after my regular stretching (when I have time). I'm months away from my next measurements and I'm already getting excited about what I'm going to see on the ruler.

I'm still new like you but I can say there's tons of info here and plenty of helpful people. If you want to gain size you've come to the right place.

I going to try it for 6 months, where I'm going to measure once a month, even if I'm a slow gainer and only get like half an inch, I will still be happy and the reason why is my penis has become more vascular in the last 3 weeks and also gained 0.5cm (0.19 inches) I believe the length gains are of my great EQ lately thanks to kegels, erect squeeze and erect raise.
So I dont see why quitting even if you dont gain anything, your penis will be healthy and very strong.

I do own a bathmate x30, I bought it 2 weeks ago, it´s great but my penis is already max-out in girth. I should have bought an x40. even though I want length because I'm only 14.5cm (5.7 inch) but 13.5cm in girth (5.3 inches).

I'm not sure about LengthMaster, I'll stick to newbie routine and after 6 monthes Im going to buy LengthMaster and try clamping, even though I feel my penis girth is good but kind of getting greedy!

Btw DLD is it normal that you feel a little discomfort while doing rotary stretches, It feels like my inside is moving? (I think it´s called Tunica)

Since I have the house alone the next 40 days, will it be fine doing the routine twice a day ?(morning and evening).

The Bathmate is awesome. You can use it for length too. Check out the Bathmate subforum here.

You're only supposed to measure every 3 months except for BPFSL (Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretched Length) and girth they say you can check after doing girth work to make sure it's working. That being said I measured after 2 months as that's when I got my Bathmate. I wanted to know if I had any gains prior to using it. No gains in girth but length, using just my hands to stretch, I gained 1/4". I was doubtful it'd work but I was so happy to see results.

You can do it! Put in the effort and you'll reap the rewards!

Maybe having a goal will motivate me to keep going.

They say once a week for the BPFSL measurement.

The Bathmate stretches are awesome. When I can I love doing BM stretches after manual stretches. Then I gaze in amazement at my penis and it makes me want to work more so it'll look like that all the time.

Setting goals is a good thing. I haven't put a time frame on them though as everyone is different. One person might take a year to gain 0.5" in length whereas someone else might gain 1" in 3 months. I have my size goals and I'll keep working until I hit them or decide that I don't want to be that big. I'll be able to assess that more as I grow.

Do be proud of any and all gains you make. There are men who spend insane amounts of money on surgeries to make their penis bigger and it mostly seems like it all ends in misery when their erections point at the floor or they end up disfigured. If they do end up successful it usually isn't for much of a gain.

We are using our own bodies to make gains. You can gain with just the strength in your hands and arms as I have found out. Put in the work and we'll get what we want!
 
Why measure BPFSL once a week? What is the purpose?

I personally don't trust any flaccid measurements, I find my flaccid to be very inconsistent at size and when stretched.

I thought the same thing. These guys say that your length gains will show up there first. I've noticed I can't always get a consistent measurement when erect. Sometimes when I'm reaching for the ruler I start to get a little soft.

If you think about it logically though, if you have more length you'll be able to pull further flaccid. I'm trying to be consistent in doing my BPFSL. I'm warming up with heat for 5-10 minutes and then placing a hand on either side of my penis and rubbing then back and forth for about 10 seconds just to loosen up a little.

I'm not even close to being an expert but after reading this stuff these guys make a lot sense on things like this. So yeah, I'm gonna trust the dude who pulled and tugged his way to a 10" penis when he says "do this" Lol.

Because this is where length gains show up first so it gives you a gauge to whether the length routine you are using is gainful or not. The same goes with girth, after every session girth should be measured to be sure expansion is happening. None of this is official, it is only to check to be sure you are on the right track.

Officials measurements should only happen every 90 days.

It's the thinking involved that gets me. You go from getting an erection to lining up a ruler and then trying to read it and then making sure you're right and checking again and....

You almost need a second set of hands and a willing mouth to get erect measurements. It sure would help!
