Já acabei de fazer 6 meses já DLD e não desistir e sei que nesse último mês foi um pouco desanimador, deixando 1 ou 2 dias sem fazer na semana, mas nunca deixei de fazer durante a semana.

I'm beginner in this but i have read about this a lot before i stared.
I started with this program and yes, as DLD said, the first "results" after few days was so much stronger and fuller erections, like never before. (Maybe this is the first sign that i'm on my right way)
For now i'm just doing the Length (stretching) part of the program. I'm not doing behind cheeks because i have lots of fat on tights and cheeks.
I have a question about rest

Lets say, I'm now doing Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds , after 30 sec should i rest (if yes, how much) or should i do rest of it (Left-Center-Right) and then rest (if yes, how much rest).

Should i do rest between exercises or between sets and how much rest?

Rest and how much between ways of doing it (Straight out/down/up)?

That is all that i don't know.. Thanks!

Hello my New Brother and welcome to the MOS Brotherhood!

Resting is very personal in many ways. I do not rest between sets, I drive right through but others do rest. Some will take a minute rest between the stretches but I see no reason for this unless you really need the rest, meaning you just can not do it. Resting between sets can be a huge waste of time. I do suggest resting between length and girth routines. As much space as possible, for me it is Length in the AM and Girth in the PM. Getting to rest days, here is a bit from the Newbie Routine:

REST DAYS
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

If you need any other help please just ask.
 
I don't rest very long between stretches. Sometimes it's long enough to apply more powder, take a sip of coffee, reply to a text, or just physically move if I have to. Sticking strictly to the Newbie length routine with 30 second stretches and your cranks you're looking at almost 30 minutes if you're able to go right from one stretch to another. I do 1 if every stretch, starting from behind the cheeks to the straight up stretches, then start over again. I do 45 seconds for each (my hands give up after that) and about 20 cranks with each hand each time so I can go over an hour just to get through the stretching.

I'm still new, only 2 months in, but if I were to take a planned rest between each stretch I'd be at it for over 2 hours. I don't have that much time in my day :O Plus I don't want to "cool down" at all as that's when injuries can happen.

3 x 30 x 3 =270 seconds= 4.5 minutes

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds

Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

3 x 30 x 3 =270 seconds= 4.5 minutes + Cranks[1 minute] = 5.5 minutes

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

3 x 30 x 3 =270 seconds= 4.5 minutes + Cranks[1 minute] = 5.5 minutes

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

3 x 30 x 3 =270 seconds= 4.5 minutes + Cranks[1 minute] = 5.5 minutes

TOTAL TIME WITH NO REST: 21 minutes

with 15-30 second rest after each stretch: between 10 - 15 minutes

Total time with max. rest: approx. 35 minutes.

yep can be correct as long as you measure it the same way everytime,is suggested to measure every 3 months.

15 mins can be much better check the newbie stretchings,those rotary cranks are included in that routine..

Yeah I think my internal math was off :O


I'm personally doing a little more, doing warm up/cool down stretches (A and Y), and holding longer and it seems like I need just over an hour. Something annoying always seems to happen too like the phone rings and it's a call I can't ignore.

Don't allow interruptions to cloud your vision, it is going to happen throughout your career. The more time you stretch the faster the length gains come but do not over tax yourself. If you only have 45 minutes to dedicate then that is what you can do, do not stress it any further. If you want to get in my length work without putting in the time the Phallosan is a brilliant choice.

I've certainly felt it when I've done too much the previous day. When that has happened I'll follow the Newbie Routine to the letter and I'll relax with heat longer. I've slowly increased the volume of work and I'm listening to my body very closely. I think that's the right approach... right?


There's always something interfering with my life lol. I don't let it bother me if I can help it, just adapt and do what I need to do.

The Phallosan looks pretty cool and is something I can certainly put on my "wish list." As time goes on I have a feeling I'll be trying to add more things like that, not to substitute for anything but to use in addition to everything else. All in time though. Can't run a marathon your first time out, gotta start small and work up to it.

DLD, Hoje quando estava na metade do SSJ(15min) faltando mais 15min, saiu uma goto de sangue pela ureta e depois parou, quando vi aquilo eu parei na hora e terminei a minha sessão de hoje. Estava tentando fazer mais leve do que antes, o que poderia ter acontecido? Me ajude.

Você tem um pequeno corte dentro de sua uretra, isso acontece com os homens nos estágios iniciais do treinamento. Não é nada para se preocupar e vai curar dentro de 3-4 dias. Na maioria dos casos, isso nunca acontece novamente. Eu tive que acontecer uma vez e foi de ser muito agressivo. Tire 3 dias fora do trabalho de girth ereto e você deve ser fino.
