Sir-- I am getting discouraged I really havent gained much legenth like neil, very down in spirits, I have done the 3 month phase 1 Routine, -
AM I doing something wrong? I mean when I stretch is it normal to feel the outer skin getting the main stretch ? DOes skin pull and regenerate before internal ligs? Im stuck and feel like I am working so hard every night and not getting results, Is this normal?

also sir the only way I am getting a GOOD GRIP IS TO PULL FROM MID SHAFT --IF I TRY TO GRIP JUST BELOW THE HEAD I SLIPP EVEN WITH BABY POWDER
Any SUggestions?

You're feeling skin stretch because you're gripping half way down the shaft. If you still slip with baby powder, try wrapping toilet paper around your head for grip. I find it works better than baby powder. Try focusing on slowly stretching the interiors of your penis rather than just yanking away as hard as you can. This is probably why you keep slipping.

I haven't gained much length at all after 13 months of manual stretching. Just flaccid stretched length. So I moved onto hanging. I think for a lot of guys who don't gain from manual stretching, hanging is the logical approach. It just seems to make a lot of sense to me and the people who are the hanging experts know a lot about structures of the penis and body. Their approach is logical and "scientific". I recommend trying that.

There is only a way to describe this, there is not way to film the internals of the body without extreme expense. It is very easy to understand when you find the muscle movement through different methods. First method would be when you are erect, try clenching your muscles around your penis to get your boner bouncing, this is a Kegel. When you are peing and you STOP the flow of urine, this is a Kegel. Keep in mind you do not need to be peeing or have an erection to do a Kegel it is only a method to find the muscle movements.

Thank you for your valuable time and assistance-- If I were to hang, is this something I can do while at work, or is this strictly a HOME BODY exercise?
How long do you hang for in HOURS time? and are you getting better results from it? what devise do you use?-- is it expensive

I have a question still regarding the stretching part of phase 1-- It seems like it is almost next to impossible to get a full 100% grip and stretch just below the HEAD- I have to grab using baby powder half way down twards my shaft-- just to feel the BASE pull.. Is this why I am not seeing very good gains yet?

IS JUST BELOW THE HEAD THE PRECISE WAY TO GRIP? I feel like I am getting alot of skin, and stretching at the base, but cant feel the internal ligs pulling
EXCEPT when I do the Behind the CHEEKS--- Im wondering Do you think I should Do more Behind the Cheeks sets ? then to make up for not feeling the ligs in the remander part of part of PHASE 1?

What are your thoughts?

You must be uncircumcised? Yes do whatever stretch you feel it in your ligs

Well when you say the base, do you feel it in your suspensory ligaments or the base of your penis at the skin?

just below the head although when i started the pain would last about three days now i just have a little pain the day after but it is working an inch gained so far maybe a little more haven't taken a measurment in about 3 weeks

SO Hanging may help? what do you need to get for that? and what is suggested that is the best one for this type of stretch?

I watched the videos for the Basic stretch, but if I grip just below the head, I not only slipps, but cant get 100% real good stretch-


What are your thoughts?

I am in a habbit of stretching from the mid shaft -- DO you think I should try breaking this habbit now?

I forgot to ask you... Is it Ok to use Both hands during the Rotary stretching?--- for more pull and power?
Thanks again... sorry for the stupid questions, just so frustrated 3 + months already , and not even a new inch......
Verge of being very depressed, what am I doing wrong? I use the power assist every night and still stuck....

Lol if you're expecting an inch in 3 months of manual stretching you're in for a world of disappointment.
