Hi guys Im new here, atm iam probably about 6 inches when erect and would like to get to 7 or more if possible. I have a question tho. How long should i do this routine for? are there other routines anywhere i could see as im planning on writing them down as i dont get access to a computer very often, im just afraid that if i was to do the beginner routine for too long i may stop making gains? will this happen? and my most important question is if you make gains like say went from 6 to 7 and for some reason stopped would you shrink back down to 6?

please help i dont have access to this computer for very long?]

ps how long does it take to complete the routine and how long before you see improvements?

I'd keep to this for at least 3 months, many members ruin their gains by changing routines often.
 
I've been doing this routine foe nearly 2 months now and have noticed something odd with my gains.

My BPenis EnlargementL has grown close to 3/4" of an inch from 6.3 to just shy of 7, yet my NBPenis EnlargementL hasn't made nearly as much progress.
How is this possible?!

I know that its not a matter of inconsistent measuring because I always measure from the same spot and jam the ruler in as far as it can go.
has anyone else experienced this?

I have another basic stretching question - Sir-- You mention that you grab just below the GLANS--for the stretching,- In my case the only way I am able to feel the pull at the base of my penis is to grab about HALF WAY down on my shaft--, It seems like I can really get a better grip, "is it ok to grab at the center of my shaft, -- Is this INCORRECT?-- Or is this alright to do as long as I feel the base and internal ligs getting the stretch?

Well it depends on your grip. You don't want to block the circulation in the shaft, only stretch. If you have to grip there and can do so without cutting off the blood flow then that's cool to an extent, but you'll probably need to jelq while stretching the end of it to make up for it. You don't want to stretch just the base, you want to stretch it all, which is why the PC Flexing and JELQing are so important to push blood into the stretched areas and re-strengthen it. It's the same as body building when you're lifting weights. You tear the fibers and build them back stronger so it doesn't happen again. (that's what's happening internally. Sounds bad, but it's a great thing)
 
Is there any difference in the effectiveness/safety of dry jelqs vs. wet jelqs?
I've been considering subbing in the dry jelqs as I hate the messiness of rubbing vaseline all over my dick.
Is this a bad idea?
 
DLD, when a newbie is going from Phase1 to Phase2 after like three months of training, will he not lose all his lenght gains? I thought the gains from Phase1 have to be cemented before moving into Phase2

It really is not that specific. As long as your training continues, without large gaps, gains will continue and cementing will happen along the way.
 
MOS-- IS THIS TRUE REGARDING THE STRETCH--- I CAN ONLY GET A GOOD GRIP IF I PULL FROM HALFWAY DOWN THE SHAFT--YOUR THOUGHTS?

MOS-- I HAVE ANOTHER QUESTION ABOUT PHASE 1--
I missed 3 solid days of training because of a new job and meetings,, ---What are your thoughts about DOUBLE PHASE 1 WORKOUTS?
For example on the weekends If I have time , Can I do Phase 1 am, then do it all over again in the evenings? I feel I lost time and wanna make up for missing 3 days

Useless. You will just end up over training. Just do your sets and try to do one 30 sec-1 min stretch every 2-3 hours throughout the day.

Yes Ron, you can add additional work if you can handle it. If you miss three days your not going to lose anything but sometimes, when we take long breaks, it can become difficult to get re-motivated to start again. To make a greater separation it may serve you better to keep length in the AM and girth in the PM this way you can dedicate total focus to length or girth.

be home at 5 then follow with the Jelpqing, then use power assist-- is this a good routine? BTW 3 months in , very little legenth gain bro... what can I wear all day at work that is not uncomfortable? which ads should I buy? BIB HANGER?-

Bib Hanger isn't an ads. Hanging is something you do in sets. An ads is an extender or a leg strap
