hi DLD just wondering how long did it take you to get those two inches with this workout.i understand everyone is deiffrent and some people just get gains quicker then others ,but it will help as a guide line and keep my motivated to reaching my goals.
it can get hard for me especially because i work long hours 7am to 11pm
(get home tired,pe time start at 1am finsh at 3 am, sleep back to work)

BTC is very simple. While standing weave your penis between your legs and grab from behind. Now stretch the penis up your backside.
 
Hey.. I'm a newbie who has decided to stop just looking at the forums and become a part of it, as well as try this routine (which sounds just right). I've done kegels and stretches separately in the past, having some benefits in performance and EQ. But now I'm interested in growth, finally believing that it's possible. The Size Genetics-Bathmate Workout sounds INTENSE. I'll go with the First Routine and incorporate the devices after purchasing them. Once I reach that plateau, the Size Genetics-Bathmate Workout appears to be an excellent next step. Thanks!
 
This routine seems much more intense (especially stretching wise) relative to all other newbie routines. Is this suggested? How can we be sure we are not overtraining?

Also, do you count 1 jelq as a passing of both hands or only one?

Another thing, in your matter of size video on jelqing it looks like your palms are facing up (towards yourself) when in the text description it says palms facing down, which is it? And another, when jelqing with the Ok-sign grip, are you applying pressure on the front back and sides of the penis? because it seems easier to apply it just to the sides rather than also apply it to the front.

I have a quick question. I'm on day 3 of this routine, and since day 1 my penis has been very dry. My skin is actually starting to flake slightly.
I have been applying lotion but it doesn't help 100% Is this a common problem that should heal itself over time?

Grab a tube of Hydrocortisone Cream and use daily, it will heal this up in a couple days and it will never happen again.
 
Hey DLD,

Some people speculate that using a rigorous workout as a newbie will actually toughen the penis, making it harder to gain and ending up being counter-productive. Do you buy into this theory? Did you start off with a rigorous exercise routine as a newbie yourself?

I have gone hard from the beginning and I never had any of these issues.
 
hello i started the first routine and found that i get erect so fast (within 3 secs) that i have to stop my warm up to let my erection sud-side a lil to continue stretching. is it ok to ejaculate to help in not getting so erect while trying to stretch or does ejaculating cause harm before I perform my routine?
