Yes, DLD was a madman and did this routine multiple times per day along with other PE stuff. He was PEing 8-10 hours per day. I would recommend starting with doing it once daily and get consistent with this then add in the other parts of SRT once you are in a groove.

The method to my madness is SRT. I trained 8 to 10 hours a day and I went through many changes over the time I was training. With all the information that I have gathered through my own work and other information through people I trust. SRT will allow anyone to make incredible changes within a year it took me years!

Hi DLD!
I did a big pump session the other week and i pumped 5 mins per 1h over the whole day (10x5 mins or so). I also did stretch exercise in the start, middle and at the end. Between the pumps i used a cockring and held myself erected a lot to get the extended healing effect. At the end of the session I was very large. BUT the string under my glands (dunno its name) was now damaged and I had to heal it for over a week and I havent been able to do any real pump sessions since then. The session was really good, is there any way i can protect that string and still do these sessions? Can you help me with some expert knowledge here pls?

I made a 2 inch gain in my first six months using this program with a few things added. I did the work out 2 to 3 times a day. I also incorporated DLD blasters, Ace wrapping and the lengthmaster. At the time the LM was called the powerassist. This allowed me to do many different fulcrum stretches that you can see on the powerassist page.

hey thanks for this newbie routine.i added this twice a day to my hanging and extender routine and broke through a plateau I was in for a month
 
I had an erection that made me scred 2days ago. Prior to that, I did expressive stretch in erect state then next day, did jelqing and ssj mildly for almost 30mins.(1st time doing it properly) Did kegel thoughout d day. you would not believe I woke up with a raging hard on that would not go away in one hour. i almost called the emergency. the size I saw shocked me!
 
It’s so important to start adding to the newbie routine as you’re able. The extra hanging just gonna bring more length. You’re getting shot already! Just wait until you make your goal the miracle or makes so much sense!
 
I am 17 years old. My size is 6.2 inches in length and 5.5 inches in girth. I want to get to 8 inch in length and 6 inch in girth. Will this help me dld? How much time can it take to see gains if I do it daily once ? Plzz tell me.

you’re starting out about the same size as me in length and about an inch better than me in girl. How long things take depends on how much you can put into it. This routine brought me 2 inches in length 1/2 of an inch of girth over 6 months.

I just started PE on July 11th so this is all still very new to me. I’m in a difficult position because I have a longer term guest in my home who doesn’t leave a lot.

I started doing some of the exercises until I found what I am able to do. I like the 5x5x3. I’m starting slowly on the pump (Bathmate) because it’s not quite comfortable yet (seems to pull skin) but it seems to work for me. I tend to do this one in the morning. My girth seems to respond the best so far. I’m about 5.5-5.75 when erect, especially after SSJ. I didn’t measure starting but I’m sure I was under this measurement.

Length is another story. The length exercise seems to cause a bit more pain then girth exercises. It’s mostly the skin stretching that I feel. I actually had a few small tears in skin in the beginning. Once again, I didn’t measure pre PE exercises but erect I’m about 6 - 6.125. My initial goal is to get to 7.0” then go from there.

Currently, I do length before bed. I have the Lengthmaster and Size Doctor. I have finally discovered my wrap for lengthmaster so glans doesn’t hurt. I’m doing the :30 sec stretch routine x3 along with cranks. I will say the cranks after 4-5 min of stretching definitely make it more comfortable.

Once lengthmaster is done I apply size doctor and lie in bed and read. After about an hour or hour and a half it starts to get uncomfortable so I remove it and then Ace wrap it. Typically, during the night the wrapping feels too tight (erection no doubt) so I end up removing (not ideal). I can wear the wrap most of the day and feel fine. I don’t have the silistretcher, as it’s not currently practical, plus I want to see how what I’m currently doing works.

I will say I have already noticed that my flaccid hang is different and doesn’t mushroom. And that when having sex my girth is noticeably expanded.

I started exercising everyday but that was probably a bad idea because I felt sore so started taking a day off here and there. Soreness subsided and I felt better. I currently don’t hang, might not be too practical with current living situation and wearing SizeDoctor extender 1hr x 3 is difficult beyond what I currently do.

Are there any other suggestion that I can slowly incorporate. I really want to increase length. I’m thinking this is going to be my most difficult vs. girth.
Any help will be appreciated.

Im still so new, so I don’t expect to see any major changes for several months though I am surprised at girth so far.

I would do three sessions of the newbie routine every day. One in the morning, one in the afternoon and one before bed. I went through the entire routine every session. The only thing that’s been added to the routine that has changed it exponentially is bundled stretching. Bundled work will deliver gains even faster.

3x’s a day? Whoa!
what kind of growth would you see in length with this?
 
@Vision40 , I've personally made around 1" gains in length and girth, trying to get back to more vigorous training. But those gains have stuck even with longer pauses!

overall I feel baths are a big waste of water when you can get cleaner using the shower.
Just a personal opinion, where I live bathtubs haven't been so very prominent ever.
And anyway, I prefer sauna when it comes to heat, those are more common here in Scandinavia. ;)

Sweet on the gains. Saunas are great but most don’t have those in their homes. Baths are a great way to heal the body beyond just getting it clean. Definitely beneficial.

Don't worry about how long it takes. This is a marathon not a race.

Dld and a bunch of others devote their time to helping other brothers, Listen to what they say, you will see great gains someday.

That's enough rhyming...

I have been getting more size after being plateaued, just from doing the newbie section that Dld told you about. I started week three today
