You do not need to order a tool to do bundled stretches, you simply twist your penis while it’s flaccid and stretch from there. It can be done more effectively using a lengthmaster, that’s obvious, but you can do them manually.

as far as your routine goes you can definitely use SRT healing methods within the newbie routine. You will need to buy either a sleeve or a roll of ace bandage. You will also need a cock ring. The sleeve or Ace will be used as healing methods to remain elongated after you have trained so you heal in that state. Similarly you will use the cock ring after you’ve trained to keep your expanded state as long as possible to heal in. I hope that makes sense and if you have any other questions just let me know
 
A few questions about this newbie routine
1. What is 'behind the cheeks'
2. If I count all the seconds for the basic stretch : 3 sets of each =18 "?? This looks to much in the first weeks or am I wrong?
 
I have a question about 'behind the cheeks' my flacid penis seems not long enough to do the right and left stretch.. I'll do just straight.. Is there an alternative?
 
Hi, tomorrow will be a full one month of training. i discovered PE few years ago but didn't have time to train but this time i will do my best?.
DLD can you tell me which one is the best for lenght? Sizegenetics or lengthmaster? and is it considered as sextoys because it is really difficult to import sextoys in my island :(

No neither are sex toys. But I would suggest something different that will be better for you. I would go for the SiliStretcher and get the best of both worlds! It is a traction stretcher and it is a vacuum stretcher. It is also an ADS/ANS. The Lengthmaster is a completely different tool and does different functions than an extender/vacuum stretcher. It is an assistance to manual stretching giving unreal grip and two handed stretching. It is also a hanger, power assist, bundle and roll chamber, rope stretcher and many other functions. In my opinion I would have both because used together you’ll grow so much quicker. Let me know what you think and I can help you put a routine together.

For the moment I will save money and will contact you later as the products are above my budget and due to lockdown the harbor and airport are closed again ?‍♂️. For the moment i will do the newbie routine you posted here and hoping to gain some until everything return to normal and shippings are allowed. I hope i will be able to do it and achieve gains. 21yrs old and I have always been single and never had sex due to a small penis. How can life be so unfair ?

If you go to the SS in the store and click more information you’ll see a sizing tab, click on that and it will tell you exactly how to measure. And once you have done this please get back to me so I can help you put it into affect
 
After some measurements, my flacid girth varies between 88-92mm. Depending on my budget, at the end of the month, I can only buy one instead of a growth package. Is the 1.25" good?
 
Mike after I finished the three months routine what any other exercises can be useful??

My routine now is basically bundled stretching+ cranks,power assist stretching,jelquings,ssj, BM stretches.

Yeah I think after three months going to need a new routine.

What else could I do?after that?

BM + ssj, maybe I should follow the most DVD exercises there's a bunch of exercises I haven't tried yet what do you think.

When you’re ready I can write a whole new routine for you to replace your current routine. Change up some exercises maybe add a few also. Let’s wait until you do your next measurement and see where we are and from there we can work

Hi guys I'm brand new to this whole deal and I'm a touch confused about the rotary stretch motion and what a crank constitutes? I know this routine is OLD old but I figure it's still pretty effective for beginners and it seems like the best on the internet but I can't get my head around that motion, cheers. (And if this is in the wrong place, can someone redirect me to the correct place, thank you.)

I am currently writting it, It's 40-45% done, it will take a couple of weeks until I release it. Since I want to organize everything with videos a long with the explanation made by @DLD.

Alright, the only problem is that It has more than 40 attachments and I have divided in 5 Posts already due to being so large.

There so many videos and view angles (Like from behind the couch and so on)

By the way Mike, you can check how its going, I moved it to "TRASH BUCKET" since its in progress, and before releasing I have to work on it.

So best I can do Is sticky it, right below your post. Or add a link at the end of your post that redirects to the continuation.
