Mike after I finished the three months routine what any other exercises can be useful??
My routine now is basically bundled stretching+ cranks,power assist stretching,jelquings,ssj, BM stretches.
Yeah I think after three months going to need a new routine.
What else could I do?after that?
BM + ssj, maybe I should follow the most DVD exercises there's a bunch of exercises I haven't tried yet what do you think.
Ok let's see how it goes.When you’re ready I can write a whole new routine for you to replace your current routine. Change up some exercises maybe add a few also. Let’s wait until you do your next measurement and see where we are and from there we can work
Hi guys I'm brand new to this whole deal and I'm a touch confused about the rotary stretch motion and what a crank constitutes? I know this routine is OLD old but I figure it's still pretty effective for beginners and it seems like the best on the internet but I can't get my head around that motion, cheers.
