Passive healing is a very big part of the SRT methodology and truly speeds growth by easily a factor of 10. For so many years men never worried about healing it was all about gaining. But once I realized that the healing process was just as vital as the gaining process SRT was born. If you can afford it the best way is to use the SiliStretcher and if you are on a budget you could use ace or a sleeve. With ace you simply do Uncle Jim’s wrap. With a sleeve you slip it on and keep it on for as long as you’re able.

Can you erect stretch with a pump because it’s hard to grip and stretch when erect

Not really because you need to grip right below your head to do it. So the only way really is manually and some people can do it using the LM. You can do Bathmate hard core stretches which will add to your expressive length. But using a pump to stretch erect will not happen.

So I can use the matter of size pump to do the bathmate hardcore stretches?

No Experience....looking for about an 1.5-2 inch in length an 1.5 in girth

I would spend a couple weeks performing the newbie routine. During this time I suggest you read the SRT routine to see where you can add in some of the healing and gaining techniques into your routine. After a few weeks you may want to jump into SRT or you may be happy with where you are. The natural progression here goes from the newbie routine into the SRT routine
 
Hi again DLD.

I started again (8 January ) doing this routine, because of work I can't be consistent. Now I have till March before getting busy at work.

I have a couple of issues. I'm not having a morning wood anymore, usually when you start this routine your penile is rock hard every morning and second my EQ is decreasing, my EQ was better before starting stretches, which is weird, because jelqing and kegels better you EQ.

I thought its just fatigue, but Im not sure, yesterday I did no routine and no masturbation, only kegels. I also did penile massage. and I'm still struggling.

Should I give it another off-day ? and what about morning wood. I miss it lol haha

awesome! Let’s stick with this for a couple weeks just to reset everything. I highly recommend doing every stretch bundled if possible. We should write up your routine that you’re going to be using so everybody knows exactly what it is. I would also include to other stretches in the work out. One being expressive stretching and the other erect stretching. And let’s follow this very closely so we know when to spring into action and turn up the intensity. I will work with you my brother until you gain!
 
Ok let's say that I'm going to start tomorrow Whit that basic routine but would take more than 2 weeks to complete the Routine.

Two weeks is usually what I go with, it’s a long enough time to prime yourself for more intense work. And I always seem to grow a little bit when I go back and do the newbie routine so I hope you have the same luck. And after a couple weeks we will start changing things up.

100 quick Kegel squeezes

50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.. I couldnt have the whole 1 min session (50) times done,i only had like 15 mins..

I used to do hand exercises that I found online. If you search hand exercises for guitar players it comes up with a lot of different ways to strengthen your fingers and grip

I'll check that out actually Im using powder n helps white grip a lot too

Mike I was tired n thoughtful I was basically planning the things I want to do this year,I finished writing a few schedules down n felt things cleared.

Obviously PE is a priority on my list along with a few goals more..

Hella hard i had the 50 kegels 5 secs each

N only 20 levels one minute each i couldn't have 50 was kinda senseless It would take about an hour to finish that is that right?

Yes but I want you to get into the state of mind where are you doing Kegels all day long. You’ll get stronger and stronger as time goes on but you don’t need to have a set time in the day to do this you can do them on the bus you can do them in the classroom you can do them in the mall you can do them anywhere, the point is you do them because it’ll increase your EQ and give you much larger erections

You’re building a new foundation and after a couple of weeks will be able to move you into something more intense. Be sure to get everything out of the newbie routine you can.

Yep that's the goal kegels is something I forget the good thing is that they're not that hard

Very easy and you will gain so much strength from this. A strong set of pelvic floor muscles will give you a gain in length just for the better EQ
 
I wonder if the penis can 'heal' enough after daily workouts in the first two weeks of the newbie routine. I 've read in a book about PE that it' s extremely important to build in some recup days. (although the book dates 2011) Here I believe the experience is more up to date and I read here a daily workout shouldn't. Be a problem. I started the first week 3 workout days 4 rest days and building up
