DLD..When squatting and doing the BTC stretches, is there something you can do with your legs or hips to intensify the stretch?
 
try different angles with it and see if you could feel the stretch more but i think by squatting your already intensifying the stretch because your able to get more of a pull

Yup, that is the truth. There are many different positions the body can get into from squatting and lunging to laying and sitting and 1,000's in between. Many positions may offer an angle that is very powerful, perhaps even a fulcrum in the stretch itself, and exploration is highly encouraged. I have found some of my best stretching position in the most awkward positions.
 
So DLD as far as healing which would you say would be more beneficial an ADS such as the 1 pound weight that doesn't restrict blood flow that you dont have to remove and increases your flaccid length about 1 1/2-2 inches or something like an uncle jim wrap that might give me also a 2 1/2 to 3 inch stretch increase but i get a cold glans qithing an hour so how important is it bewtwwen the two even though the uncle jim gives a tod bet more stretch but the 1 pound keeps a warm blood flow and constant stretch without a problem of cold glands is it a big difference since both stretch me past my current flaccid length ?
 
As far as expressive stretching would would be a good time to do them using the SRT routine im worried that when I do my expressive stretching at night im missing out on alot of possible gains but I feel expressive stretching should be done then an ADS right after but since im using my Bathmate to do them I feel that it may be hard to stretch then because the Bathmate is giving me a girth workout limiting my stretching ability anyone doing something different?

There is a difference between active and passive stretching when we talk about hanging, ads or extending. In the sense of healing, 1 pound, for long periods is perfect. The same would not be true for making new gains as this weight would only serve to fully extend with light tension to help cement existing gains more than create new ones. In order to create new gains intensity, deliberation and effort is required...Meaning an Active effort to break down the tissue to gain new size.

Why not do Expressive Stretching manually while in bed at night? This could be done under the covers with "Low Grip" shaft stretching. 15 minutes could easily be sneaked in with none know the better.
 
Thanks DLD very helpful I still use my SG just didnt know which would be better between the two after I take off the SG as I was a little confused on the on the ADS methods as far which would be better but Im all for making new gains over just cementing the olds one that I might be making so I will utilize the UJM more often vs the weight. And as far as expressive stretching Im going to give the manuals a shot I just didnt know if the Bathmate was more effective as far as pulling the inner penis out vs my hands.

I like the cheap black rubber rings, they come like 5 to a pack. They are easy on and off and serve the purpose just fine. You could invest in better rings but there are many to choose from.

It's really up to your discretion. Monitor your penis and see if it even makes a difference having it wrapped up at night or not. Divocup is a different story - I think it may be effective for keeping the penis plump all day, but I really don't have the time or effort to fuck around with it. I just wear my extender and hang my sets.

The Divo cup is so-so. I like the suits but I stopped using the cup. Sometimes it pinches, ouch.

I'm thinking of using the grip system like Kingsnake or a padlock or the anchor.

Just using a wrap now with a divo-suit underneath it; very comfortable.
