ANy help is greatly appreciated. I have been under a great deal of stress over the past few days and have found it difficult to meet my own deadlines. I have most of what needs to be posted written and I am finishing some of the finer points. I will also be shooting a video that will discuss SRT in greater detail, this may be the best way to translate much of my thoughts.

I am on day 3 of this mission and decided to measure for the first time in a long time to make sure I am spot on so I know what I will gain and I was very happy to see I have gained .25 in length and my bpfsl is longer too. I have to say I am becoming one with manuel stretching finally. I could never figure it out in the past due to not getting a good grip and also being slightly unmotivated to do them but now I am stretching like a mad man before and inbetween my SG sessions!

Understanding diet and exercise is very important in doing a complete transformation of size. The importance diet and exercise to penis size is just as important as the exercises and rest of the SRT Routine. We will look at penis size in this topic in two ways, Natural size and Forced size. Natural size is in relationship to your penis and it's natural size in relationship to your body size. An example of natural size increase would be loosing 1" of fat pad and gaining 1" of visual, natural penis. A loss that is a gain A Forced gain would be how diet and exercise effect blood flow, in penis enlargement, to force new gains. I think the best way to show this diet is by going through the reasons the Alpha+ Blade diet is so effective.

First and foremost we are putting ourselves through a week long detox that will include a 28 day minimal fasting. This is very important on a few levels. Psychologically, many of us have become addicted to certain foods and food behaviors. We have become obsessed with eating and we have chosen many foods that are not consistent with the goals we choose to accomplish.

It has become very easy to fall into eating behaviors that are counterproductive to our goals in life. Fast food has become so cheap and accessible that it starts to make sense after a while. Food costs are at a all time high and the recession the world is braving does not hep in our mission. I love the idea of a dinner that costs less than $5 that is instant! McDonald's and BurgerKing, and the like, monopolize on this and have made fast food whats for dinner. Bless their hearts as many would not be able to afford to eat otherwise, terrible world we live in. I will help you get around budget and make a diet that will be healthy and productive in your goals.

If you already have a great diet and exercise routine please stick with it! I am bringing my diet forth for those who need it. Remember, a healthy diet and exercise routine can expose a lot of penis hidden by the fat pad. In addition to looking great you will also feel that much more confident in the flaccid area!

Money is a big part of what diet is built on, I understand that and will take that into account. I will build this diet on a very strict budget and the exercise will be free. You can of course substitute exercises, equipment and gym memberships if you can afford it, but this diet and exercise routine will remain as inexpensive as possible.

Exercises I have chosen for this routine include a very simple weight routine using 25 pound dumbbells in my case. You can choose to use something heavier or lighter depending on your strength. I am interested little in building any bulk, other than in the pants:) I am more concerned with keeping a high pulse rate and teaching the body to use the food as energy and muscle strengthening benefits. I did become very cut up the last time I did this routine and became bigger in the arms, chest and shoulders. My energy levels became very high and I benefitted by loosing most of the fat on my body. By the time we want to accomplish one of the goals or desires we set forth to do, our energy levels are depleted and we let our goals fall by the wayside. As time marches on our goal mount and eventually become forgotten in a mountain of eventuality.

I demand that you stay in the now, that means stay in this moment NOW. This, in itself, will give you back much of the energy you are loosing to irrational past and future outlets. In this moment it is what it is. In this thought creation starts. In this brief moment you are becoming a better man. It is now that matters, then and later are only an organization of the past and future.

How do we start to stay in the moment? For me it takes mantra! Every time my mind wanders into areas that are not consistent or productive in my plan I say to myself:

"I am powerful NOW"
"I am creative NOW"
"I am happy NOW"
"I am becoming NOW"
"I live NOW"
"I have everything I ever wanted NOW"
"It is my job to see it!"

Although it may feel strange or fake to say this to yourself but it works. We need to change our thinking to change our outlook and momentary emotions. When I think of everything SRT is asking of me it can feel stressful but when I keep it in the moment it is much easier to get through. Momentary emotions change with the way we think. If we have a duty to perform and we awfulize it, we can make it a living hell but when we change the way we see it, or better yet, feel it we can get much more accomplished with much better spirits. when you find yourself in the past or future please repeat the mantra to keep yourself here, in the now.

Starting a journal will be the best way to see what you are doing now and where you will need to make adjustments. I will be doing the same as I have let myself go, quite on purpose, to follow these guidelines. Keep it simple and keep it specific. What did you eat for the day? What exercises have you done? How do you feel? Etc. It will be a very good way to look back and see how you have changed and how your emotions are improving. For the first week of the diet nothing will change. I will want you to start your journal and keep track of your daily habits. Your journal will be very simple and read:

Keep track of this very closely as we will use this information to create your diet and exercise routine. The foods you eat are important as we will be working to replace each of the bad foods with a more healthy, productive foods.

i hate bein a broke college kid...i wish i could afford all the stuff you need to do everything lol. i think i might put away a little bit to buy a Bathmate at least. it seems to be what's giving the most gains globally. if i could get this hanger to work for me and did that, i bet i could finally see the gains i've been wanting since i first tried jelqing a few years back

Even if you can not afford the equipment you can still take part in some of the work. An Ace bandage only costs around $15 and can be used as a light extender after all your manual stretching. You can also practice multiple stretching sessions throughout the day when you readjust your Jim Strap. I can even help you create a manual routine based on this routine. I have some more stuff I need to get done but after this I will be more than happy to help you.

i've already got a thing of self adhesive wrap. idk why, but it seems like i never get good gains from manual work even when i put in time. i think it's because i'm not strong enough to get the stretch i need to grow and hold it. my grip always gets wore out too soon. that's why i really wanted to try hanging since it can provide a consistent stretch as long as i want

I have the same problem with manual work. I've been using a bib hanger consistently for three months and gained 3/4's in NBPenis EnlargementL. I highly recommend hanging for younger guys who haven't made much gains from manual work

I have a theory that us younger guys (I'm 20), have younger stronger penis tissue, ligaments, tunica etc... and need A LOT more tension in deforming the penis. From what i seen all the big gainers from manual work are guys in their mid 30's and up.

As for the the SRT routine, for those who can't partake in every thing. I think we can all adapt it to our own routines.

I've added Cortisone cream after hang session, Uncle Jims Wrap 6, 1 hour sessions, and a cock ring after light Bathmate session

My flaccid hang is already improving!

Hmmm, gonna disagree with you there buddy. I started at 6 inches at 16 years old. I gained a lot very quickly just by manual work. I'm currently 19 and it's only been this past year or two that I've used the devices. But then again, I was so, so, so dedicated back then. I'm sure if anyone puts in that much time they will gain. I need to go back to being that dedicated.

Appreciate the input, just a thought i had. I have seen a couple young guys say they have had limited gains from a long period of manual work. I gained .25 in length and .5 in girth the first 3 months i started p.e when i was 17. Then the gains came to a halt and i got discouraged, didn't p.e for a while. Then got re motivated and started a manual routine.

After three months of getting back into p.e no gains, then i started getting very in consistent. Then i got a hanger and have been making some awesome gains.
