Technically yes, the PowerAssist was used to perform the original stretch but since the PowerAssist is part of the LengthMaster I thought it would avoid confusion. So it is called Hole Stretching where you bring the entire package through the hole and press that against your body, bringing as much inner penis out as possible. Using the other hand stretch with all you got!

Is the full 12-week routine posted anywhere? I can only seem to find the first two weeks. Thanks!
 
Sorry, I guess I must have missed something. Whenever I'm reading through the thread about the SRT routine, I can only find the length and girth routine for the first two weeks. At the beginning of the thread, you kept referencing that as long as we followed the SRT routine, which would take 12 weeks, we would see gains. Even if the SRT routine isn't 12 weeks, is there a specific routine for it? Sorry to be a bother, I'm just wanting to make sure I'm doing the right thing.

I have been dabbling in PE for many years, but I am currently at a point where I am more focused and dedicated than ever.

I own much of the equipment listed for SRT, but I am hesitant to dive in without any guidance.

I dont where else to post this but here goes. I been just jelqing for 9 days straight for 20 min a day and im smaller than i was 9 days ago should i take a rest day or keep going 20 min a day. Really concerned cause i havent seen progress for a few months oh and are there any girth routines that you guys recommend? Thanks in advance.

are you jelqing erect or flaccid? Don't worry if your penis seems smaller. It's normal just make sure to do kegels to get the best measurements.
To get started do the Newbie Routine for actual length size

I do not do this as I do not want to charge anyone for my time. I find it best to ask the question in the public forum spot all can see. I will never charge you money!
