I've made gains in 3 months of my routine that is an SRT modified routine. I must admit at first I was a little too aggressive now I'm more zen and controlled. Who would've thought through PE I would gain mental control with not only my penis but in other parts of life. Here is the routine I modified if anyone is interested.

SRT MODIFIED ROUTINE

Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds x 3

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds x3
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

- Finish length with 3 sets of 25 Rotary Stretches in the highest position you can manage.
- Apply a pea size portion of hydrocortisone cream and massage in thoroughly.
- Attach your SizeGenetics Extender at medium tension you will wear for 1 Hour to help cement stretching session. 4 hours is a good number of logged hours.

Expressive Stretching in between each hour session of Extender (ES):

30 seconds for each stretch, simple! And will cover all important angles.
Straight up to Center
DLD Blasters: five, 30 second stretches
Straight Down to Left (under leg)
Straight Down to Right(under leg)
Rotaries: 25 Cranks
Behind the Cheeks to Left
Behind the Cheeks to Right

- From the time period you stop using the SizeGenetics for the day be sure you are strapped!
- Girth will be done when you choose but after 4 hours is logged in the SizeGenetics.
I want your Extender work to be done by the time your do your girth work.

Girth Program: 5x5x3

This routine doesn't state it but a lot of time goes into heat massages and putting oils like avocado oil to help with elasticity. I mean we're only working with 5% in the tunica so anything extra in the massage and oils department always help. I'm also using UJW when I'm not in the extender. Boy oh boy, do the girls stare at the gym when you got that strap on haha!

BPFL: 3.9"
BPEL: 6.75"
EG: 4.75"

My measurements now
BPFL: 4.9"
BPEL: 7"
EG: 5.25"

Honestly, I was carrying out this workout plan about a 6 out of 10 as far as discipline And still got humbling gains. Now I plan to go 10/10 and shoot for 8" length by 6" girth then maybe 9" length by 7" girth. I dunno, I feel like I really found my niche and surprisingly I'm making gains with girth more than length. Also I know that seems a little much in size but I'm 6'4 tall, 180 lbs and 2.5% BF...relative to my height 7" cock isn't that impressive. I mean it's still big but it's not huge. I've got blowjobs by at least 30 girls and only 2 went down all the way, but that's could also be due to a thick mushroom glans lol. The SSJ are essential to your bathmate routine. Also the Jelqing helps avoid thrombosis and try not to ejaculate every time, it's stressful for your penis ligs.

I took these measurements by edging both times after getting out of the shower loose and hard as a rock. I took one week off as of today from PE to see if gains cemented and also to let my thrombosed vein heal right under my glans. I have pictures with proof and they've got me hyped. Although one night I got a wicked blowjob from this bombshell and my temp girth was 6.25 and I was feeling a bit of teeth. Maybe I just need to find girls with bigger mouths along the way. I've been doing a form of SRT routine and I wanted to here some feedback and get some confirmation that my routine should warrant some gains, and if I should continue to pump when my main goal is length.

I first warm up, then start with some stretches with the LM following the 1st week stretches in DLDs program, which takes about 30 min. Very intense and my ligs are burning. I then go into my PhalloGetics for 3-4 hours, by then it's time for bed. I now put the phallson on and attach it to the belt which is tied to the bedpost keeping me stretched out for the night. Upon waking I put on my stealth to help me stay elongated and head to work.
I try to stay elongated or stretched all day!

When I get home I repeat the process.

I was using my bathmate, but I wanted to focus on length and stopped pumping for now. Do you feel I should keep pumping? maybe it will help turn flaccid gains into erect gains? I do enjoy the feeling of the PhalloGetics after I pump. When I was pumping, it was after the LM session and before the PG.

You can do BM Hardcore Stretches to help length gains with the BM.
Ideally you would do the in an erect state and erect stretches help convert flaccid to erect gains.

I would add in some bundled stretches before a stretching routine and do some kegels while warming up an don't forget to do RKs while stretching.

How much PE have you done so far? Maybe you could use your LM for (some light) hanging while you're doing other things at home, eating or watching Netflix :)!

BathMate HardCore Stretches are one of the best Expressive exercises. You can feel it pulling internal penis out, it is an incredible feeling!

I've been on and off for over a year. Been pretty consistent for several months now. I'm making pretty slow gains, 1/4" for length and girth, but gains none the less.
I'll start pumping again and start doing the BHCS.
I'm excited to see what applying SRT to my training brings me!

The BTC position allows for limitless ligament lengthening. When we can no longer gain stretching downward we stretch in the BTC position as it will further the length gaining process.
 
I meant bathmate hardcore stretches. But I also do a lot of BTC stretches. Thanks guys for the help! I feel I need pay more attention to expressive stretching. I'm definitely not making gains like I had hoped. I just need to rip out some internal penis!

Oh, OK you mean the HardCore BathMate Stretches Behind the Cheeks. This is an unreal expressive exercise and it will also greatly effect the ligaments. However, it is difficult to get into this position so be patient with yourselves.

Doing stretches with the BM is an expressive stretch by itself.
Also attach low/gripping low when stretching can be an expressive stretch.

The first Expressive Stretch was done using the LengthMaster. The second version came as BathMate Hardcore Stretches, these are very powerful and bring so much penis outward that otherwise would remain in the body.
