I've made gains in 3 months of my routine that is an SRT modified routine. I must admit at first I was a little too aggressive now I'm more zen and controlled. - Finish length with 3 sets of 25 Rotary Stretches in the highest position you can manage.
- Apply a pea size portion of hydrocortisone cream and massage in thoroughly.
- Attach your SizeGenetics Extender at medium tension you will wear for 1 Hour to help cement stretching session. 4 hours is a good number of logged hours.
Expressive Stretching in between each hour session of Extender (ES):
30 seconds for each stretch, simple! And will cover all important angles.

Honestly, I was carrying out this workout plan about a 6 out of 10 as far as discipline And still got humbling gains. Now I plan to go 10/10 and shoot for 8" length by 6" girth then maybe 9" length by 7" girth. I dunno, I feel like I really found my niche and surprisingly I'm making gains with girth more than length.
