I started to try the newbie routine, I jelqed for about 20 minutes. Its really hard not to get a full errection, I had to stop ever like 20 seconds and let it go back down, I started doin kegals when my dick got too hard and that helped it go down.. I don't know how many jelqs I did its really hard to keep track when ur trying to think of somthing else to not get an full errection. I didn't really do any stretching cuz i'd like to get my girth a little more proportion to my length before I start stretching. My lube sucked into the skin to easy I guess I better get some vasoline, seems to work better. Just wrote this.. just because, any comments or anything would be great, thanks

I have always trained at around 90-100% erect my entire program, I only state 80% because some feel any harder than this could cause injury. Vaseline is going to rock your word, nothing compares to it for lube. Also, do your stretches they will not effecy your girth and you will get longer as you get thicker.
 
I'm having stretching problems, and wondered if anyone had any advice for me. My hands sweat all the time, and they always have ever since I can remember. I tried putting baby powder on them when I stretch, and it works for about 10 seconds, but then my hand sweat gets through somehow and I lose my grip. If I rub my hands together after that the powder seems to reapply, but then the same thing happens all over again. Any ideas?

what kind of injuries could u get from having 100% errection. n how hard should the grip be? thanx
 
I can't ever do 300 at a time, is that bad? I do about 50 before my lube starts to wear off, and maybe from too much blood or osmthing it has a tiny sting so I cool down for a minute and aply more lube and do it again, until I get to 300 and whats teh stinging deal?

Reapplication is fine. When I first started jelqing I used a hand lotion and I remember having to reapply every few minutes too. The one thing that solved this problem for me was switching to Vaseline. Vaseline lasts for ever, it is just a nightmare to clean-up, but I even used that to my advantage by using the clean-up time as my warm-down.

Some people (I think Supra among them) have suggested using latex dish-washing gloves. The latex itself grips well, plus there's usually a tread on the fingertips that gives even more traction.
 
Thanks for the advice. I'll have to pick some up next time I'm at the store. I was thinking a golf glove as well might work, but dish gloves would be cheaper.
 
Well doublelongdaddy, Old chap it looks like you 2nd guessed me. And have answered my question, But still are there any free Video's or pictures on this site. I think having answered part of my question before you read the reply, You must be Welsh.
 
Like all other Newbies, I have started slowly, first I do a five minute warm up, then five minuets of stretching, first up for 15 sec's, then to the left and to the right, each for 15 sec. Then I Jelque for 5 minuets, I do not do another warm up prior to Jelqing. Then I warm down for two minuets. Would advise me to do other routines at this time?

I notice Levista is doing sets of 100's, but it looks like he has adapted the thought of 3 sets of stretches and used that with jelqs as well. Should I be doing 3 sets of 300 jelqs, or just 300. Actually I will be moving up to 600 today, So should I be doing 3 sets of 600?

Also I am trying to strengthen my erections, getting them, and keeping them. II quickly lose my full erection should I do more jelqs then to compensate for the loss of erection? I am going to be getting viagra soon. That should help.
 
Iwant8x6, i break my jelqs into 100s as i find them manageable that way. I do a total of 600 - it used to be in 6 sets of 100, though I have since started doing 12 sets of 50.
Unless you have your own reasons for going insanely hardcore you dont want to be doing 1800 jelqs, especially in your newbie routine :)

Unless you quit, then it certainly won't do anything.
 
I don't know what the deal is, but at some point I guess I squeezed too hard or something, 'cuz I've got these blood spots (almost like blood blisters, not just dots) on the bottom side of my glans, close to my pee-hole. Is this normal and how can I avoid this?

DLD, see how you workout 7 days a week 365 days a year, and u say that you don't gain as much if you ejaculate 5 hours before or after each session(testostorone levels or something) when do you actually ejaculate then, lol
And do you think that you will stop growing at a certain size ?

Most folks notice a difference within the first week. Things to watch for are harder erections, a more vascular look, red spots, hair creeping up your shaft from stretching, maybe some light stretch marks. Some guys have very quick initial, measurable gains (within the first couple weeks). Some guys take a bit longer but if you believe and put in the work you will gain.
