For the cranking rotary, should i rotate in big cranks (straight down and all the way around,360) or small cranks while my dick is in front of me? lol

Mix it up, the idea on Rotary Stretches is getting all angles.
 
DLD... what is the best way to do kegels and reverse kegels, flaccid, semi-erect, fully erect ?
I feel i get a better squeeze fully-erect.

KEGELS can be done in any erectile state. I prefer to do them flaccid so I can multi task (ie. watching tv, computer work, etc.)
 
Well, just done my first week of DLDs newbie routine and am very happy. Not only with myself for finally getting started but also because i can feel my confidence growing.

Few quick thoughts;

It took me a few days to get over the fear i would pull my knob-end off when doing stretches! But now they are my favourite part of the routine. And i find myself sneaking in a quick extra stretch when i go to the bathroom ;)

Is it bad to have a near full erection when doing Jelqs? I find it hard to be in any state other than totally flaccid or near full erect. There is no sign of any discolorisation etc so everything seems fine at the moment. Would the benefits be lessened at all by having an erection?

Are the rotations more of a circulation exercise or do i need to be feeling a good stretch at all times during the circular motion?

Anyway, great routine, i get a little quicker each night as it all seems easier each night, and doing the routine already seems ingrained in my day :)

This is great news! Taking the first steps is sometimes the hardest part but once you get going it becomes easier and easier. It also becomes even better when you realize this shit actually works;)

Me too. During my whole first year I was scared of every little ping and pain. I was convinced I was hurting myself in some way. It takes a while but the fear will fade.

Rotary Cranks are a stretching exercise so you do want to keep steady pressure for the entire crank.

The phase one is about 6 weeks. Am I suppose to do the exercises everyday?
How should i spread out the exercises throught the day? Do I do everything in a row?
I just became a member, and Im eager to start my routine.

I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

I suggest that guys do the entire routine daily but I also suggest splitting up the exercise between length and girth at different times during the day. I find stretching in the morning while doing jelqing at night my concentration is much better.

DLD I would like to thank you. already noticed some improvements in girth and flaccid size. and honestly haven't been as faithful to the exercises as I should. which gets me excited thinking if I did. oh the what if's.... also I was wondering if someone say hangsand cuts back on girth work,will they loose some girth? thinking of the idea of a rubber band the farther you stretch it less width it has.

Good question and my answer is no, you won't lose girth. You may end up with a long penis that appears thin because no gains in girth were made (similar to Sean Michaels) but you wont become thinner.
 
Hey, I"m new here, and I was wondering before I do this. Has there been any cases in injury, these techniques seem a little straining. Also is there away/technique to do jelqs to make it so it doesn't make ur penis girth uneven in different places? I'm not asking about reversing it, just how to avoid it, like a more even way to do it. I'd rather have an even penis then a huge bulge in the middle or somemthing. Thanks for the help

Yes there are injuries, check out the boo-boos forum here. Bottom line is if you start off with a sane routine like this one, and go slowly you will be fine. Its like any other sort of training, if you overdo it you will hurt yourself. In reality, you will find it so weird pulling on your dick it will take a week or two for you to get confident enough to really put force on it.

No-one has a huge bulge in their penis. jelqing is tried and tested and highly recommended, you're worrying too much. it'll take months to increase your girth and you wont wake up one morning with a deformed penis. You are right to ask though if you have any concerns =)
I would have the *opinion* that if your jelqing technique is good you'll never have any real problems that would stop you from slipping your enlarged penis into any willing mouths =)
 
I tried jelqing, and it seems that the blood really just condences at the upper part of the penis, the bottem part isn't really affected, unless i'm doing somthing wrong. Also when I'm starting from the very bottem of the shaft when I am goin up it seems a part of the scrodum that connects to the abck of the shaft goes up with it until it slips out of my hand.. I can't really describe it well,its not that hindering it just seems there is probably a better way around it. maybe I'm doin the whole thing wrong. Can someone give me some tips, thanks

Are you cut or uncut mate? If you have a lot of skin, roll it back quite a bit before you start, keep trying and you'll find something that feels right.
The bottom part of the jelq? Nothing really happens there, you are collecting blood starting at the bottom and pushing it up to swell your head. That is the jelq. Your lower penis will benefit in relation to the rest of the penis growing.
It may help to trim hairs down there too, keep them short or you could pull them along and as they are attached to the rest of you it gets distracting or even a little painful.
