Hey guys, I'm new to this forum and I'm thinking of increasing my dick size for quit some time now.

I have measure myself a long time ago, I think I was around 5.9 length & 4.7 girth.
My goal is 7-7 to get the woman to haven :p

So I would need 1.1 inch in length and 2.3 in girth, so im going to start the DLD's NEWBIE ROUTINE.
I estimate it will take about 6 months, I hope I can buy the LengthMaster & Bathmate somewhere along the line to speed things up.

I also want to increase my head/tip.
Is there a routine for that as well?

Welcome my Brother! I love you enthusiasm and I want you to put that to work for you with out any doubts. So I want you to take solid measurements now to know exactly where you are. I would suggest you put these measurements into a progress log, along with the routine you will be using. if you desire add starting pictures and video. All of this will help you know exactly how much you are gaining and what exercises/tools are working best. The Newbie Routine is a great starting point. The BathMate and LengthMaster will definitely speed the process greatly, so when you get them look into the SRT Routine as this is the best routine ever and will teach you how to use those tools in the best way.

I have been doing slow jeks up to the head wiel erected(90%) to build up blood in the head and holding for 5 sec.
Should I keep doing this or not do this at all?

The reason why I want a bigger mushroomtip is because it's lil smaller that my girth and i want it to be a lil bigger then my girth(o,5 inches or so).

So my ideal penis would be: 7,0 length, 7,0 girth and tip 7,5

This is a question related to the DLD routine for the sens8's of MOS.

If you were to determine the time it takes to go from sensei's DLD beginner routine's to an intermediate routine, what would that assessment be, and how would you determine that?

Also, what are the consequences (is it safe, could it work) of after a good warmup of a 10 min bathmats sesh doing 3-5 second's jelqs with one hand while stretching (obviously not during the behind the cheek stretches) the penis with the other hand? I am asking because on some days even tough we are committed there is the issue of time being a problem.

So far all we have is reports of men increasing the size of their head but nothing concrete and logged. There are 2 Brothers now who are keeping track so hopefully we will find results soon. So far head enlargement has not been proven. There is a way to increase the size of your head temporarily and that is through an extended kegel. If you become strong enough with your Pelvic Floor Muscles then you will be able to kegel, which will expand the head, and hold that for the duration.

The Newbie Routine should be used until gains cease at which point you should go into SRT. The Newbie Routine can be completely cut out and the SRT routine can be used immediately. SRT starts out much like the Newbie Routine but over the course of a month the routine builds and adds intensity and exercise. Very powerful routine.


BathMate warm ups are great! Simply lightly pump with warm water for 3-5 minutes.
 
Bros, I have been so exited to make this post. I have been doing DLD's newbie routine for 3 weeks, consistently, with just one rest day per week.
Anyways, my measurements 3 weeks ago were : 6.5' EL, 5.7 EG, and 4.1' FL (both not bone pressed, and or stretched out as I don't believe much in those type of measurements, I know I might get blasted for that but fuck it).

I know I should have waited at least a month and a half to two, but I saw gains. I measured this morning after waking up to my girl saying my boner was larger than the usual, so fuck it I measured after she gave it some love. It turns out I went from 6.5' to 6.8' in just 3 weeks (I have never passed the 6.5 measurement, no matter how raging hard my dick was), no bullshit. That is a .3' inch gain, not bad for 3 consistent weeks. I have also been using the Bathmate for 15-20 min 3 times a week before stretching. I have avoided using size genetics for now, as I am getting my penis used to consistent PE, and also considering getting a phalosan, as It looks comfortable enough to wear while a sleep, or at least more than the size genetics.

Anyways, for any lurkers that are skeptical, try this routine, its simple, not time consuming, and efficient for newbie's, this shit WORKS. That goes for the fuckers at PE gym and �other forum� who claim DLD's routine is a fraud.

Should i do, Monday: stretching ; Tuesday: jelqing etc etc.. or its better Monday: (morning) stretching- (night) jelqing ??

Another question: When i jelq , i start at light erection level but when i start after few jelqs i get 100% erection(i naturally get 100% erection in very little time) , now, should i keep with jelqs at 100% erection or should i wait to calm my penis on some lower level of erection?

It is sad how other forums spend lies and keep men back from the very thing they need which is the Brotherhood. All forums envy us as we have the most active forum with the largest membership in all of the world! Yes, you will see places like Thunder using hacks to make it appear they have many members, we do not need to do that as we have real members. We also are very transparent, every member knows what our business is and exactly how we make money and pay the bills, we do not act like we sell nothing! The fact that places like �other forum� act as if they are altruistic when they are truly selling all kinds of snake oil.

They can call me a fraud and let me put it like this.... Let us say I am a complete lying, fraud who was only out to get attention and I never gained an inch. I've been going at this for a couple weeks now and have seemed to gained a cm in length and 2mm in girth already, super stoked!

I have not been stretching, just doing Jelqing, 2 sets of 40 (building up). The bundled stretching... is it literally grabbing my penis and twisting it, THEN pulling?

Also, I'm having trouble staying erect through the workout, and in general my flaccid length during the day isn't that long, although I've stopped wearing underwear almost completely. I've had a few days at a time where I was getting awesome hang and would pop boners randomly... is it something in my diet? I'm trying to come at it from every angle.

Nice gains and quick! This must have you excited! Yes, Bundled Stretches are simply twisting the flaccid penis and stretching it. Be sure to be even by twisting both ways. As far as erection quality goes, it is normal for it to lack in the begging as the penis is taking a lot of work it never expected to, it will respond in this way. I suggest getting is a solid Kegel routine and get your hands on some Viagra. Viagra and Kegels are the medicine for poor eq.

Thanks so much. I'm up to 150 jelqs per day. That random 1cm has seemed to come and go here and there. I think it's linked to my EQ (shows up when EQ is good, absent when it sucks).

I'm considering the pump ASAP, hearing good things about it. I'm a personal trainer, and occlusion training (blood flow restriction increasing blood pressure in a muscle, causing more damage leading to greater gains) has very good scientific literature backing it. Jelqing is basically the same thing, but the pump seems like it would do that same job 10x better.

In your experience (im interested to see if i'm right), have you seen greater gains with the pump or the jelq (individually)?

The ultimate combination is the BathMate + the Slow Squash Jelq. This routine, called the 5x5x3, brings expansion to new levels. The BathMate on it's own is great, the SSJ on its own is great, but combined they are awesome!
 
DLD I was doing some reading and it appears that you gained your 2 inches in 6 months doing this routine 3 times a day. So that's 9 sets of 30 seconds each?! Currently it takes me 10 mins to complete a set. That would put you at about 90 minutes of manual stretching, PER DAY! Surely you didn't start this hard from day 1?!
