Once you have grown used to the Jelq you can replace them with the
Slow Squash Jelq. Everyone progresses at their own pace but the Jelq is something that can become too light for many and a more intense exercise is needed. To boost the Slow Squash Jelqs potentials you could add the
BathMate which will allow you to do the
SRT 5x5x3 workout which is all the rave! The routine is simple but effective with 5 Minutes of
SSJ followed by 5 Minutes of
BathMate Pumping and repeat this 3x. At the end of a session it is not uncommon for men to gain between a half inch to even more than an inch. This is a temp. gain but since it is achievable in every session in becomes permanent quickly.
