Hey DLD, when do you recommend doing these exercises in the morning or the evening?

Also I want to do the Peyronies exercises aswell, so should I do them separately or at the same time?
 
Hey everyone, ive been on and off with pe for years now but now i have a more serious and dedicated attitude towards it, so now i am on phase 1 again of the mos program, been going for about a week now just with the manual stretching and jelqing..my question is, can i possibly start doing any gland work in these early stages because it is a part i really want to increase size in dramatically, if it is not safe to do so of course i wont but i was just wondering..also, i do not have the power assist tool but i was thinking about buying it, can i use that in phase 1 just with the basic stretching or is it too intense for beginners, is it meant for a later phase and i should buy it anyway? thanks for any advice you can offer me.

I'm here hoping to make some gains... although I just started to notice my penis getting thicker and heavier its been almost a month... I still have yet to see length gains... I do stretch exercises and I haven't measured but I plan on doing so at the end of the month... How do I get length gains???

Hi DLD,
I have been a member of MOS for a while now. I started around July or September of 2008. I completed phase 5, did the Maintenance routine and stopped PE on 4/13/12 but have been doing the once a week jelq since then. I stopped to make more time for the family. Anyhow, i started back up again 2 weeks ago. I have been doing phase 2 on Tuesdays and Saturdays and have recently purchased a Sizegenetics. Oh and before I stopped I trained religiously every day and gained 1 inch length.

My questions are
1) Whats the best way to use my Sizegenetics in conjunction with the MOS phases?
2) If I reach my goal of 9.5 -10 in, must I gain a 1/2 inch more as you stated or just jump into maintenance?
3) If I reach my goal before reaching phase 4 or 5 do I just keep going or can I just go to maintenance?

I would lean toward the SRT way of training since we will be switching over to a whole new way of training when the book is released. SRT really is the best way to train and make the fastest gains, with the updates in the book it is a definite rewrite on PE.

Yes, that is what I was doing before I started up again.

Some men reach their goals in Phase 1 but whatever point you are at, once the gains are made they are permanent.

Is Gold Bond medicated body powder safe to use for basic stretching or only the regular baby powder should be used?

I have only used Baby Powder but Gold Bond has nothing in it that would cause harm so it is a fine replacement.
 
Ok good to know.. The reason why I asked is because I noticed it was medicated and it has menthol in it, about 0.15%..

I did not know that but still Menthol will cause no harm.

I am going to be starting the phase 1 exercises and I just got my Bathmate and size genetics devices. I was wondering how I should incorporate both devices in to the phase 1 routine? What should the intensity and amount of time be for both devices while doing the manual exercises. Also, I know that you have the exercises laid out throughout the day. What would be the best schedule to make it so that I only have either one session (either morning or night) or two sessions (one at morning and one at night)?

Also, do cold showers hinder gains if they are done too close to a girth or length session?

EGod, Check out the SRT Routine in my signature, it will help you utilize your equipment in the best way.

I just recently joined the forum but have already put quite a bit of time into this. I came across this forum because of a guy at work talking about it and I just didn't believe it. I spent my first week reading this entire thread from start to finish to soak up as much knowledge as I could for this starter routine. I highly recommend that everyone does this because to do P.E. properly a good amount of time must be invested for the routines so you might as well make sure you are doing it right. I began this routine 2 weeks ago an am currently shell-shocked by the results. I've gone from 6.5" to 7" from using just this routine + kegeling throughout the entirety of the day (i also went straight into 600 jelqs per day). Seriously, give this program an honest chance if you want P.E. but make sure that you are doing it right. I couldn't be happier with my results. I have seen my E.Q. go from about 85% to about 95% in the time period (which i'm sure also plays a role in why i've seen a half inch in growth in such a short time period) and it feels pretty awesome. I plan to continue this routine for 6 months and am journaling my experience while taking pictures and I plan to make a thread myself to help people see it works once I get to where I want to be. Do your research before starting on how to do the exercises and then just make a routine out of it. Once again, thank you MOS and DLD for this and I will try to give back for what this site has given me already.
 
Welcome to MoS donkeykong, WoW!!! 1/2 an inch in just 2 weeks, it took me 47 days
to get 3/4 of an inch with this routine. But I have had to stop Jelqing for the past
4 days cuz of rashes and sores that I think may be genital herpes but I have been
reading threads about red spots and the like, so maybe it's not herpes after all.
I will get a blood test for herpes just to make sure anyway just in case.

Sounds like your doing everything right to get that half an inch so quick
even though it's a little hard to believe, but maybe not impossible to do.
Please keep us posted about that next half inch you will gain using this

Yeah I know it's hard to believe as I am having difficulty believing that it's possible as a biology to have gained that much from simply inducing mitosis and that's why I feel like my E.Q. is probably a pretty decent factor in the noticeable difference. My erection has gone from the type that hangs and can bend to almost being straight out and not bending so I really think that could be accounted for the majority of the change in size. That being said, I'm guessing the growth will slow down considerably now that my erections are more solid/full. I'm also taking the supplement Citrulline Malate (tastes good with orange juice) because from my research it's shown to increase vascularity and blood flow so that has probably helped with all the kegeling.
