I haven't used it as specified on the package so I can't give an opinion. It's cool to jelq with, though. You could always give it a try and see what it does.

Leech Oil needs to be researched more. As a base compound it would be fine as many enjoy the consistency but it's benefits are in question. In terms of what is promoted I have found conflicting information. According to our chemist, Leech Oil is only effective if the actual Leech is on the skin. It is this enzyme that is created that has the benefits. Collecting this enzyme and creating a topical is not possible with the same potency and effect, according to the chemist.

I can feel it having some effect, but at 30 bucks for a small bottle, I'm not sure it would be worth it for someone unless they had disposable income to blow on Penis Enlargement. I like it, but I can't give an honest opinion because it comes with an instruction sheet, but I have not yet used it as directed. It has it's own set of exercises and times when to apply it.
 
I've added extending back to my routine, and I must say it is a great addition to hanging. I've just done 1 hour/day but it seems to help get my penis into that good flaccid state for stretching for length. The jelly state minus the engorgement. Thin, no excess blood in the chambers whatsoever, pliable, etc etc.

Hey what weights are you using for your bib hanger. 1lb weights seem quite hard to find here. I want like a 3lb and a few 1bs so I can slowly go up. Just seem a little tricky to track down.

Where's over here? UK or US? US should be able to get them at any wal mart type stores. Fitness supply stores will have weights. THat is where I got my plates. I use the York plates with the hole through the center. Go small weights rather than large ones, as it gives you more clearance for hitting the ground ie - 2x5lbs as opposed to 1x10lbs, or even better, 4x2.5lbs. You can use kettle bells too, they come in different weight amounts, such as 4 lbs etc. You'll want to try to get some 2.5s, a couple 5s, one 10, one or two 1s and that should be enough to move up by 1 lbs or 0.5lbs. If you can find a 3 or 4 lb kettle bell or plate, then get it. Weights are cheap. For this, the smaller the weight (the more compact) the better. Get the iron plates as opposed to the plastic plates with cement inside or the bulkier rubber coated weights with all types of holes in them. Just need a hole through the center.
1lb dumbbells, women use them for jogging and shit. They should have them anywhere they sell workout stuff for women.

I use a polypropylene rope, which I have to use a bowline knot to tie it, otherwise it'll just slip through because it is so slippery.

I want to work girth soon, and working girth can hinder your tunica stretch potential, so I am getting tunica stretch gains out of the way, working girth, then resuming ligament targeting (if I choose to want more length) since it does not matter how much girth you have or how tough your tunica is when you are hanging at low angles - you ligaments will deform regardless of your tunica situation.

So don't look at my thread in the future and see my hanging 2 sets BTC for cementing and 4-6 sets at high angles and try to emulate me. You need to hang just 6-8 straight BTC sets/day until you have maxed out your lig gains, which could take years (If you are gunning for that 9"). I recommend 8 sets/day, but you need to work up to that each week.

Start at 4 sets, start at very low weight, and as you learn how to wrap, attach the hanger and position yourself in BTC, you will be very slowly advancing in weight.

You may even need to take 1-2 weeks of dedicated skin stretch before you can start to hang BTC for lig gains. I had to take 9 days.

It took me over a month to learn proper attachment technique. I am still refining it. It's a tough thing to master, and it takes lots of time and research, but the rewards are great. I was stuck a 6.9" NBPenis EnlargementL for almost a year, after 2.5 months of hanging (at very low weight) I am now 7.15" NBPenis EnlargementL. Fuck ya.

It's wise though, storing your lig gains. Hadn't thought of that before. For the skin stretch you spoke about, do you mean like literally stretching skin manually or just hanging downwards to stretch the skin, and I know hanging straight down causes a lot of skin stretch.

Did you get the BIB Hanger or the BIB Starter? I guess the proper BIB Hanger as you want a big girth for those black-white cocksluts?

I couldn't feel my pubic bone either on that palp test but I'm pretty sure I have quite a high exit point in the mirror rest.

No, get the bib starter. I got the original bib at first, but it's too big (length wise) and probably too big girth wise.

The only reason to get the original is if you've got a large girth. I'm 5.75" EG and the starter is great. I only used my bib original for skin stretch. If I get up to 6.5" EG, maybe I'll need the original. But I'll try not to use it. Less penis in the hanger seems to be better, in my opinion. More penis being stretched.

Skin stretch is when you attach higher up than normally and looser than normally, so the hanger isn't anchored onto the internals of the penis, but just onto the skin. So it is just pulling all skin. You will notice the hanger slide down past the internals a great deal and you'll see that the skin on your pelvis is being stretched.

So I strongly suggest getting the bib starter. I'm 7.15" NBP x 5.75" MEG and the regular would be too big for me. Plus the starter is cheaper. It's a great hanger. I will admit that things are a bit tight with my girth (Bib could have made the tightening bolt a half inch longer) but it works and the regular would be too big.

So get the starter if you're not much above 6"MEG.

I shall order it now. Just wanted to check what you had as I knew we had about similar girth. I don't wanna get much more than 6 in girth anyway so the BIB Starter is perfect.

When you're doing skin stretch, you hang a weight that gives you fatigue. You'll feel it in your skin. I used like 8.5 lbs for skin stretch (moving up a lbs each day) I am only at 7.5lbs right now for BTC hanging.
