I use a polypropylene rope, which I have to use a bowline knot to tie it, otherwise it'll just slip through because it is so slippery.
I did the LOT test and sent bib my mirror test shots. He determined I have a medium-high to high skin exit point, so I "should have a couple inches of inner penis to pull out and down".
My LOT is around 6 (it seems to have raised since hanging, which doesn't make too much sense, since I've been hanging BTC).
I don't put much stock into the LOT test - and Bib agrees that skin exit point (mirror test shots) overrides the LOT test results.
He states palpitation test overrides them both and is the most accurate measure of how much internal penis you have to pull out. I can not figure out what I am feeling around for so I disregarded the palp test.
Keep in mind these 3 tests are to determine how much can be gained from ligament stretch (low angle hanging). They do not indicate how much potential for tunica stretch you have.
Also keep in mind that ligament stretch much be done first, but you will always be deforming the tunica at any angle. It's just once your ligaments are fully stretched, then tunica targeting will be fully effective.
I plan to start hanging at higher angles, even though my ligaments aren't fully stretched, mainly because I don't want to increase my penis size too much for now, but I want to store away possible ligament gains for the future.
I want to work girth soon, and working girth can hinder your tunica stretch potential, so I am getting tunica stretch gains out of the way, working girth, then resuming ligament targeting (if I choose to want more length) since it does not matter how much girth you have or how tough your tunica is when you are hanging at low angles - you ligaments will deform regardless of your tunica situation.
So don't look at my thread in the future and see my hanging 2 sets BTC for cementing and 4-6 sets at high angles and try to emulate me. You need to hang just 6-8 straight BTC sets/day until you have maxed out your lig gains, which could take years (If you are gunning for that 9"). I recommend 8 sets/day, but you need to work up to that each week.
Start at 4 sets, start at very low weight, and as you learn how to wrap, attach the hanger and position yourself in BTC, you will be very slowly advancing in weight.
You may even need to take 1-2 weeks of dedicated skin stretch before you can start to hang BTC for lig gains. I had to take 9 days.
It took me over a month to learn proper attachment technique. I am still refining it. It's a tough thing to master, and it takes lots of time and research, but the rewards are great. I was stuck a 6.9" NBPenis EnlargementL for almost a year, after 2.5 months of hanging (at very low weight) I am now 7.15" NBPenis EnlargementL. Fuck ya.
