Hi, I'm Mike Shlort.

I started Penis Enlargement on September 26th, 2011. My starting stats were around 6.6"NBPx5.4"EG. I did DLDs [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] that consisted of BTC, SD, SO, and SU manual stretches, 25-50 A-Stretch's with Kegeling (DLD Blasters), 300-600 Jelqs and a testicle massage and scrotum stretch. I did that routine until the end of January, pretty much every damn day. Took over 2 hours most nights, including warm ups. Beginning of January I got a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and used it for about a month (couple hours a day). I gained very little. Maybe .25" length and .1" girth. Most I believe were from improved EQ.

Then I got a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. From the beginning of February to about mid April, I stopped doing stretches and extending and focused on pumping. I did two routines (Will post routines below). Then I stopped pumping to work on length again because I was told by a doctor pumping and tying off/cock ring wearing can lead to fibrosis of the dorsal ligament, making it harder to stretch. We agreed that length work should be done first, then acquire girth after you reach your length goals.

April 13th, I measured myself:
BPFSL - 8"
NBPFSL - 6.85"
BPenis EnlargementL - 7.75"
NBPenis EnlargementL - 6.85"
Upper Shaft EG - 5.85"
Lower Shaft EG - 5.54"
BEG - 6.1"

I did 5 weeks of just [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] use. 2 hours/day first week, 3 the next etc.
Then I started back doing manuals, 1 set at first of BTC, SD, SO and SU each direction. Then eventually 2 sets in a day (usually). All the while, I stayed wearing [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] 6-8 hours a day. I started with the testicle massage and scrotal stretches again as well.
I remained jelqing 300-800 times a night throughout my whole Penis Enlargement career, not every night, but the nights I felt like I had the EQ or if I just wanted to. (I am now going to start jelqing each night regardless of EQ and jelq at about 50-60%, as I've read the tissue is the most pliable and formable at this level of engorgement, since I want length, this is what I want.) Any other girth work will not be done.

I do stretches throughout the day now, whenever I take off my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] to pee. Usually SD, SO, and SU, 30 sec each time, then back on goes [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] (I grip with toilet paper just below glans when at work, better grip than baby powder, but kinda painful).

I measured again July 20th. Nothing significant but saw some BPFSL gains:

BPFSL - 8.6"
NBPFSL - 7.5"
BPenis EnlargementL - 7.75"
NBPenis EnlargementL - 6.9"
Upper Shaft EG - 5.75"
Lower Shaft EG - 5.55"
BEG - 6.1"
(My girth fluctuates. I measure the other day and it was 5.85" Upper Shaft.)

I also started PGE1 injections (safely, with the supervision of a medically trained professional) but I won't comment on these until I have been on them for another two months.

I also started hanging as well. (Thursday)

I am going to take a different approach to Penis Enlargement form this point forward. I will no longer do the same routine each day, but mix it up. I will keep track of it through this thread. See what things work and what don't. You guys can give me advice too and tell me what I'm doing right and wrong. It would be greatly appreciated.

Here are my photos from Aug 8th.
Hopefully a year from now, it will be much bigger.

Next measure date is October 13.

Pumping Routines:

Here's the routines that gave me that 1.5" girth pump and gave me about a .4" permanent girth gain from 2.5 months of doing these routines.

************DISCLAIMER - Tying off, clamping, or using cock rings can be dangerous if improperly used. Always monitor your penis when using such methods. Keep in mind that I did a progressive approach to tying off, starting with an hour, then advancing to the whole night. I also wake often throughout the night, so I was able to check my penis. Never tie off tight enough to restrict blood flow. I was able to get erections and urinate while tied off, so it was not that tight.
TYING OFF IS NOT CRUCIAL TO GAINING WITH THIS ROUTINE. IT JUST GIVES A PROLONGED PUMP AND ALLOWS YOU TO HEAL IN THE EXPANDED STATE. IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF HOW TO SAFELY INCORPORATE TYING OFF INTO THIS ROUTINE THEN AVOID DOING IT.
ALSO AVOID OVER PUMPING IF YOU ARE BEGINNING. GRADUALLY INCREASE INTENSITY LIKE ALL Penis Enlargement EXERCISES.************

*****The most important reason why I had that 1.5" pump is because immediately after my last [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] set, I would dry off and tie a bathrobe cord around my balls and penis. Then I'd go to bed. I'd get nighttime erections all night while I was tied off (i imagine you can clamp off or use a cock ring) and the girth stayed all night until I took off the cord. Even after I took off the cord, it slowly decreased back to around 6" girth (my size when I was pumping regularly) but was still fat for a couple hours.*******

I've just cut and pasted form another forum where i posted these exercises to help a newb. I can't take credit for the last one, it's Dan Clizers routine. He gained 1.5" permanent girth in 10 months of pumping with [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words].

first routine: I suggest doing this routine for two months, or until you stop noticing gains. But you should continue to notice gains if you keep upping the intensity.
- Start off with a warm up
- Do 200 regular jelqs
- Pump for 5 minutes - start off low pressure but throughout the 5 minutes, keep pumping to add pressure. Don't go fast, do what you can handle. If you pump too much too quickly, you'll just be wasting your time and making your dick hurt the next day, which fucks up your next workout. I would say don't get to full pressure on the pump until a week into this routine
- Do 100 slow jelqs
- Do 150 jelqs at various angles (down, to the side, up etc) and various speeds
- Pump for 5 minutes
- Do 100 regular jelqs

** Make sure you are 95%-100% erect when jelqing and when you're sliding into the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and pumping.

Now here is the most important part of this routine:
Each night, Add this to the routine:
- 10 more regular jelqs
- 15 seconds more of time in the pump
- 5 more slow jelqs
- 5 more jelqs at various angles
- 15 seconds more time in the pump
- 10 more regular jelqs

In time, this routine will take long. After a few weeks, you could add a third set of pumping at the end, after the regular jelqs. Just stay in the pump for whatever time you happen to be at after the 15 second increments. (Should be around 8.5 minutes after two weeks)

I'd do this routine until you're at 15-20 minutes at a time in the pump. You can add more reps/minutes in pump as you see fit once you get the hang of it and your body clues (your penis telling you that it can handle more and will gain from it)

Second routine:

This is after you've stopped gaining with that routine - and give the first routine a fair go. Do it proper and stick to it.

300 jelqs
6 minutes in pump, followed by 1 minute out of the pump, then back into the pump again for 6 minutes. Do 6 sets of 6.
At the end, do 600 jelqs (or more if you feel you can handle it and won't be over training).
You can mix it up by doing some jelqs in between sets if you want. Note that the pump in your penis will go down during this time, but it's still good to get in jelqs between sets then back into the pump.
You can add more time to the 6 minute sets, or add more sets, in time
You can do this routine twice a day, or three times a day, in time. IF your body can take it. Over training is worse than under training.

These are pretty basic pumping/jelqing routines.
A user here put it best (stillwantmore2):
"Pumping is what should be done after all the real girth work has been done"
After time, you can get into clamping
Check out all the other advanced manual girth exercises. There is more than just jelqing. But this is with time.

WHY NOT MILK GAINING WITH SIMPLE ROUTINES AND EXERCISES WHILE YOU CAN?? NO SENSE JUMPING INTO ADVANCED STUFF WHEN YOU CAN GAIN WITH SIMPLE EXERCISES.
This is the most important idea of Penis Enlargement.

*** With the 6 sets of 6 minutes routine, jelqing in between pumping sets is a great way to reduce or eliminate fluid retention, if you find you're getting that problem. ***

20 min manual stretch session + scrotum stretches
12 DLD blasters (a-stretch)

Did a PGE1 shot (28) @ 940. Did not tie off this time. Erection currently around 80%(easily bendable) @ 9:54. Will try same dose Thursday with tying off while injecting to see if EQ is better.
 
Good luck! Well, you're bigger than average so that's a plus. I'm also going for the 8 inch in length, not really interested in gaining in girth though. Some more length to go! Should be attainable.

Ya you have really good stats. What exercises are working for you for length?
 
I'm currently really onto DLD's A stretches, I do the bundled version and I also do the Mandingo stretch a lot. These two are my main exercises actually. After +_ 10/15min of doing these I strap into the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] device and wear that for about an hour or 1.5h and do the same routine again about 2 times. It's working thusfar because I was always stuck at about 7inch which sucked, I did all the Long Shlong stretches but they never got me over the 7inch when finished with my routine. But these two exercises; DLD A stretch and the Mandingo stretch really work for me. One session of that and it puts me where I am now. I'm a happy camper! Although at the moment I've got an injury on the head which needs healing first before I continue. And I hate this discolouration I'm having, sucks! I've ordered a Vitamin K lotion against Spider Veins and discolouration so hopefully that'll help. :-)

Nice, I really like the DLD blasters too. I;m thinking I should substitute them in more often as opposed to basic stretching, as I'm not seeing any gains from it.

I heard Amlactin is good for discoloration as well but I haven't tried it. Good luck and thanks for the reply!

Thanks man. You are definitely a huge inspiration to me. Yours is one of the first threads I looked at way back in September 2011 when I started Penis Enlargement.
I think length is so important, and girth (to me) is easier to gain. Especially since a pump can give a temporary gain. It's quite tricky for me but hopefully this bib hanger will really make the different. I haven't been so lucky with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. I wear it a lot throughout the day and it seems I am stuck at the same spot.

Piss stretches in between.
(took it easy, penis was weak and sore from too much edging last night)
2 sets of hanging 3lbs - 20 min. each set. Wanted to go for a third but pecker feels numb, like a foot falling asleep.

Finally stopped being a pussy and hit the gym (shoulders + stomach). Went fairly hard. Now I can't stop getting an erection when I try to put my hanger on. To those of you with poor EQ who don't bother to work out: lose the dick pills and high carb diets and start doing something that makes your heart pump and makes you sweat.

Ya I was doing very well but this past month I missed nearly 8 whole workouts. Starting back up is a bitch but it does feel good to have energy and just be active. Get depressed as fuck when I don't do anything for too long.

I'm going for another month on my current diet to get back up to 195lbs from about 185lbs, then I will be trying that anabolic diet Kingsnake posted. Basically no carbs during the week (30 grams max), 50-60% fats, 30-40% protein, then carbs on the weekend and low fats. It makes sense to me and hopefully it will be the difference in me being 195lbs a bit puffy to me being 195lbs with a six pack and cut.

How did you cut so much fat anyhow, I saw pictures of you before and after, you look like a different person.
 
Not much Penis Enlargement today. Sore as fuck from over training due to too much masturbating last friday and edging on tuesday.

Injected (28) @ 9:30. Tied off until engorged. At about 85% after 10 min.
Very nice EQ for two hours. Erection going down now (70% @ 11:50).

Will do wet jelqing for 30 min. once erection is lower (warm up first)

By the way, I saw your pics ... do you really believe you're small? Geez man, you're well above average. Realize that, and stop being so hard on yourself. The length gains will come gradually. Get out there and use what you've got - definitely nothing to be ashamed of.

You said that you want to get longer, and that you're not worried about girth because you can gain girth fairly easily. That being the case, my advice would be to make a routine exclusively for length, and do some maintenance girth such as jelqing at the end of the day. I'm not 100% sure if this is true, but I have read somewhere on these forums that the more girth you gain, the more difficult it will be to make length gains, simply because there is more tissue to deform with a greater girth.

Hey thanks for the advice man. I read the same thing too, even at the bib hanger forum. That's one of the reasons I stopped girth work. I still do the jelqing though for maintenance. I also find it puts me in an elastic state for length work. I read somewhere that the penis tends to get more girth to combat manual stretching, a way of toughening up the tunica against the force that is being exerted against it. I am guessing hanging would put it over the threshold of something the body can fight against due to the weight and amount of time force is being exerted.

I'm still getting the "hang" of hanging, attaching the bib properly is difficult for me still. I did order the smaller bib size, so hopefully that will make a difference once it arrives.

Mike,

Split sessions are fine, as long as you get your sets in. In fact, doing one or two sets at night will help prevent your unit from healing - a good thing. No problems there.

Also, with hanging, you may not gain too much shaft girth, but over time, your base girth will get massive. Then, you can even that out with Jelqing, clamping, or Extreme Uli's.

Your routine seems really intense. You must be really determined. Maybe I missed it, but may I ask why you decided to take the PGE1 injections?
