I do scrotal stretches from time to time, but not as often as before. I think I've maximized my gains with the scrotal stretching exercise, so I just do it often enough when they are hanging loose.
I was told hanging at low angles also makes your testicles and scrotum hang lower, as it pulls your entire package out and down.
I've had good results with the scrotal stretches but they hurt a lot of the time, so I only do them when my scrotum is nice and loose, not dry and tight. Hopefully the hanging will keep my package loose and long. So far, so good.
I haven't masturbated since Nov. 22 and I am noticing my balls and sack are hanging loose a lot now. My testicles are also a nice size. Like small eggs.
I try to do the testicle massage as often as possible. I also do some behind the balls jelqing, jelqing the balls as well. I think the testicle massage may help stimulate them for "growth", but this is just a guess.
I like the exercise because it feels good to do in the morning when I wake up with loose balls and a hard on. Feels good and seems to make my nuts plump. I've noticed with the hanging, I am having a nicer flaccid hang, more times of the day. This could also be because of not masturbating. Either way, I intend to keep this up.
Nighttime erections is proof that my routine is working. The only reason they didn't happen in the beginning month of hanging was due to improper attachment technique. Then, once I fixed that, they returned. Now they are gone again because I am sick. But they are coming back. And I look forward to their return.

Although I am quite happy with my current physique, I didn't mind spending a few bucks on a professional program that may take me to the next level. I will start using it in the new year, after I get back into the swing of things, as I have been sick for the past week and haven't done any training since Friday. The upside is, my abs are really kicking, having been sick. I mainly bought the program so I could lose that extra bit of body fat and keep growing muscle. It has a calculator and all that shit. Tells you what to eat and when.
