So i did the routine for the first time last night and I have a few questions if that's okay.

1. Is it normal for the groin area to feel a bit uncomfortable a few hours later/into the next day?
2. I'm uncut so when I'm Jelqing at about 80% I can do it without the head of the penis showing, Is that still okay?
3. lastly, when I'm stretching, at flaccid state I'm pretty small so I'm pulling right before the tip (simply stretching the skin) Is that correct?
 
DLD,

I started doing the DLD beginner routine, going on week 2.

If you are talking about people that used this method specifically, there's only really 2 options to find them

(1) go through this entire thread and look for people whom mention they will try the method and then open their profile and look to see their posts and they may have started a thread or something to log their results

(2) use the search button and search for 'DLD' but that's going to return a TON of results that have nothing to do with it since people refer to the man above me as DLD (short for doublelongdaddy) but if you set the searcher to search in post and list by actual threads, then you'll minimize the results.
 
Today was my first time measuring after 1 month of DLD's first routine! Thank you DLD and everybody who contributes to the forum!

BPEL I went from 6 7/8 to 7 inches
MEG 5 6/16 to 5.5 inches ***Reached my short term goal in girth***
BEG 5.5 to 6 inches ***I think I might have measured wrong the first time***
TEG stayed at 5 inches

My first month consisted of

AM- bathmats [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x30[/words] 15 minutes at full pressure, started out barely getting to 7 then by end of month I was passing 7.25 and getting real close to 7.5 inches! I repump to max pressure every 5 minutes. Seem to always get donut effect though so I will read up more on this and ask you bros for help.

PM- 10 minute rice sock warm up, 2 sets of stretches plus 2 sets of expressive stretches, 300 jelqs, and on most days I would edge anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes doing the first half with my hands then the second half with [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]fleshlight[/words] [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]STU[/words]. I would cum 3 or 4 times a week.

While I haven't been as consistent as I would like I still made gains! The second month I will be way more dedicated, and start the full routine so:
3x stretches and 3x expressive stretches and 600 jelqs

Yep, x3 stretches with expressive stretches and the blasters for best manual stretching. I'd skip the jelqing and do SSJs and onto clamped SSJs imo.

Be extra careful with clamped [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words], keep a good watch on things so Thrombosis does no pose a threat.
 
Are the stretches supposed to work the shaft or inner ligaments? I thought more the ligaments but I saw an older post saying that one should hold the base with the other hand when stretching. So more focus in the shaft?

the hand at base is to prevent the skin from being stretched which lead to turkey neck.....both your shaft and ligaments are being stretched.....

What appears to be a vein will show up in an area that it should not be. If this happens and you keep pumping thrombosis will happen. So you will want to keep your sets to a time period that this down not happen.

Are the risks too great for the benefits in your opinion? Maybe it's best to stick with manual SSJs.

Not at all as long as you stick with the 5x5x3 workout in [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words]. This will prevent any thrombosis from happening.
 
Why would you change this routine?you just started..keep with it,i'd say for another 5-6 months,just do it until you see gains no more.

With any given routine you should give it a solid 3 months before changing the total routine. It is fine to add to it but changing the routine completely would eliminate possible gains if you stuck with it. PE is a long road of learning and putting that education into practice, it is in no way a quick process, if it were every man out there would be sporting a huge cock. Be patient with yourself and stick to your routine...I say it a lot but Don't quit before the miracle happens!

You need not worry about LOT theory, it has been proven to be incorrect and it only serves to discourage men in PE.

My LOT is in the downward position but I stretched exclusively in the upward position (12 o'clock), at the EXACT opposite of it and gained an inch in 4 months. LOT Theory is non-sense imho.

All of those issues are things that can be fixed and you can definitely add length, just be willing to do the work and you will see the results.

The first step to take is purely confidence. You have to believe you can do this, accept that it will work, and just overall do the dang work. It's easy... time consuming and a lengthy process, but if you start today then it's one less day you'll have to look forward to having to do it later. Don't think... just do. and do it... then do it some more. Pretty soon you'll be 7 inches, nice girth, and it'll be a daily routine for you.

mmm started years ago on and off....lately ive been trying harder i have two devices n even today i get doubtful sometimes..what is wrong whit me lol...If it wasnt for D and the brothers here i had left this PE stuff a while ago...:) common sense n motivation Do they get along?

Hmm,i dont think any routine have negative results for EQ,but if you feel like you need days off,take days off...find whats best for you...if you feel like you need 2 days off to restore a good EQ,take it.But like i said,PE shouldnt affect EQ in a bad way...Start doing some keegels,it will help your EQ hard time,200-300 a session,if you can more even better.My erections got hard as fuck because i do a lot of keegels,even after i cum my dick stays hard forever.Keegels ftw

I agree. The other thing to consider is that your erection strength will become stronger as you get along with your routine. So as time goes on and you continue to train you will start seeing erections of steel.

This can happen with pumping or jelqs if you are very new to it. Try doing 1 day on and 1 day off to start, that should help keep your EQ up as you ease into the program. As you acclimate to the techniques you are using your EQ will actually increase over time. If you ever have a sudden EQ problem while doing PE, you can usually tie it back to needing rest (this happens to me too).

On this newb routine... Gf caught me stretching and was like wtf are you doing? I told her it was the downward dong yoga move since shes into yoga... didn't buy it... but im gonna pole vault with my wang by the time im done here wherever the road takes me... prob will take years but i don't have issues with commitment; be it 4 in the am, ill get it in... half the battle is showing up.

Getting caught is a scary deal, it happened to me a few times:) If I was ever with another girl I would never tell her about PE, I think, for me, it does more harm than good. In my case the phrase "Penis Envy" never held so much value. My last girl left because of PE...I wish I never told her.
 
Hi I am a newbie I've done 3 months of the newbie routein but changed it up abit. I've just took a week off an back on it tomorrow. I've gain about 1/4 " in length an girth. I am currently 7.5" length is it possible to gain one inch on about another 6 months ??? My flaccid stretch is about 1/4" bigger also.... As I have just started gaining will I see a difference every week or month from now on until I hit my plateau

Ah a i was just curious what would be the perfect like thing to do does it make sense you like do the exercisesinto small pieces throughout the day or just once because here is the thing sometimes i would be unable to to the exercises piece by piece so i would have to do it in one go. If i spend a good enuh time like an hour when doing it all in one would i get thesame results as doing it piece by piece throughout the day?
 
If you mean do lenght and girth in two session yea its very good,for exemple lenght in the morning and girth at night,it works the best..

If you mean do lenght through the day meaning,one strech now,then one more strech after a few hours , no..it doesnt work like that.

If you cant do the routine at once,do streches in the morning or whatever,when you have free time,strenches are for lenght mostly,and the jelqing in the evening or when you have free time again.That'd be my advice.

No man,you can do 2 things : either do the whole routine at once..or do 2 different sessions,1 for lenght ( do the streeching part ) and 1 for girth ( do the jelqing one ).Doing too little multiple times a day will not help you too much
