Thank you my Brother and I am with you here, we have an incredible team of Brothers who all pull their weight and keep us on top of our game. This question has probably need asked before, but if so then I must have been overseen it;
When doing the stretches, should you make a break in between the stretches or should you just do through it right on?
example:
Straight Out to the left
30 second break
straight Out to the right
30 second break
or should I:
Straight out to the left
Straight out to the right
ect.

Nope, no breaks. The only breaks are the rotary crank breaks. :)
 
I tried this routine in the past and is good but didnt have enough privacy its a very interesting process, i started to see some flaccid gains haha

I have started reading this thread (about 20 pages in so far) and I have a few questions, which may have been asked before, so my apologies if they have.
1) When doing the stretches, I grab right behind the head with a couple fingers and my thumb, rather than using a grip like the jelq grip. Is this grip ok? When I try a grip like the jelq, I sort of slide because of the excess skin (I'm cut, but since you do this flaccid, there is the excess skin.)
2) Testicle health stretch - is there a video on here demonstrating this? I massage each testicle for 30 secs, then the fluid for 60 secs. Then stretch the penis and scrotum. It says repeat 60 times. Do I repeat the massaging of the testes and fluid 60 times, too, or just the stretch? How long should I hold each stretch? And, if I'm using lotion, wouldn't it be hard to get a grip? My hands were slippery and couldn't get a decent stretch.
3) Lastly, I have seen mention of holding off ejaculating for hours pre- and post-stretch. Is this true? What time frames are we talking about?

1) that hand grip won't get you a strong stretch. you want to grab in a way that you can pull from light to strong. how i grab depends which stretch I am doing. also pull your skin away from the glans so you don't skin pulling.

2) I have never done this but will look into it and possibly make a video for it

3) some do this. some also have shared that masturbating before a stretching session can improve gains. it is though that this pre fatigues the penis so it is more susceptible to stretching

2) I'm really interested in this, as I don't understand how a lotioned hand would accomplish this. Plus, if anyone has any comments about the reps - is it just the stretching that's repeated, or the massaging too? How long do you hold the stretches?
3) What about after? I have been doing my stretches, etc, after work and when the kid is getting ready for bed. Sex, if we have it, would come in a couple hours max after the session. Is that something to avoid?

when you are doing the stretch it is more beneficial to be reverse kegelling, that way the stretch is being applied along the shaft without resistance from the suspensory ligaments. The basic description of a reverse kegel? The same as trying to push out a fart lolz 😆
 
Thanks DLD. Two more questions though. Should I do these, because I just started recently. I'm taking it easy and increasing the jelqs 100 more per week. I don't wanna strain myself. But, all in all, is it safe for me to do the DLD Blasters now, or should i try them after a month or so? And, if it's ok to do them, should I skip the stretches and do the blasters, or do the stretches and the blasters?

I would not skip the basic stretching but you could add the DLD Blasters into the total routine. DLD Blasters can be done by anyone who can get into the position.
 
Rest days and help designing a program

Hye guys, I am a total newbie to this site, but it's fantastic. I have been reading many different opinions/advice regarding rest days. I have Jelqed (10 minutes a day x 5 days a week)for about a month and do stretches (30 seconds each x 3 sets [up, down, sideways]. I just got a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X30[/words] and my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] is in the mail at this time. I am trying to build a proven, tried and true program. I only have about 20 minutes before work, and an hour at most in the evening. On the weekends I have all day pretty much for time commitment. I obviously am looking for the biggest all-around gains. Currently I am at 5.5" erect, and 5" in girth. I would like to gain 2" ideally (or more) in the fastest way possible. I am confused about rest days since I am seeing so many different opinions. I plan on incorporating physical/manual exercises too. As a newbie, all the different programs available are overwhelming. And I do plan on using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] for a solid 15-20 minutes. Can someone please help me with a solid, and proven program? I would appreciate it. And are my growth goals realistic? Stretching indicates that I have the potential for a 2"+ gains in length. Any information is greatly, greatly appreciated.

Oh, I almost forgot. I am also using VigRx with this proposed hybrid program. I just got a 1 year supply, so I think 2" or more is definitely a possibility. Especially since my manual stretching seems to indicate I have some good length potential. Thx again DLD. Any others out there with info is also greatly appreciated.

Use your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] throughout the rest of the day in 30-60 minute sessions. The more sets you get in the more length you will gain.

PE pills definitely help supplement your training so it is good you are set for the whole year. I know you can make a 2" gain in that time, just remain consistent and determined.

Right now the studio is in storage until other things get sorted out. Hopefully I will start again after the new year, I really do miss it.

Also, what do you think I should do as far as rest days. Should I do 5 on, and 2 off? Or 2 on, 1 off, and 3 on, 1 off? I promise not to pester you anymore. I appreciate your advice. You can wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] as long as you can without causing issue. For some men, if they wear too long, blisters can form. It can also cut off circulation if worn too long. What I suggest is to test yourself for how long you can go by adding 30 minutes to each set until you feel problems may be arising. Some men are just lucky and can wear it all day with no issues while others need the circulation breaks.

I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

Between the Cheeks is when you grab your flaccid penis from behind and stretch it up your back. This stretch should be done straight up, to the right and to the left.

well you are 5.6 maybe in amonth or less you can get to 6" i think,and maybe before may you can get to 7"maybe increasing to ten mnns of SSJs or maybe a bit more

I would say that you are doing a great job right now, just keep consistent with this routine and gains will come quickly. I would not change anything until you reach a plateau at which point you can add more intense work. For now though, stick with what you are doing, it is exactly what I would have suggested.
 
ive just started back and im doing these manuals, im on my 3rd day and because im off work til the 5th of jan ive been stretching as much as possible :) my question is, is it normal that my penis does feel a bit tender and sore? im not worried cause its not like a inner pain or anything like that its just my skin feels a bit sore thats all. Is that the skin stretching?

Yes, soreness across the skin is due to skin stretch. You could try some hydrocortisone cream after work outs to keep the burning sensation down. Remember also that eventually skin will stretch enough that soreness will no longer happen.

1. use an ok grip like you do when jelqing. It should be tight so your fingers dont slide off and neither should the skin slide due to the tight grip. try to keep a bit of the extra skin back and then get a grip.
2.i think there is one on youtube if you check out Mike Salvini's channel . Personally i dont look at the time factor when doing this. i do it for like 5 minutes . I kinda do a slight jelq thing with my balls and grab both of them together and then make them face upwards .Rather than taking lotion use a bit of warm water to get a good grip.
3. you can and you should masturbate before length workout if you want. Thats the time your penis is fatigued and it is the best time to break down tissue of penis to get gains faster. it is adviced to take a 5 hour gap between your girth workout and masturbating.
 
I am sure this has been asked before BUT does this need to be done back to back. Meaning can I do 2 sets and take a 30 minute break and come back and do the next set? The hands cramps but I will get through it. Just wondering if there is anything on that.

do you mean 2 sets of stretches ??? if yes then they are to be done back to back .....keep taking breaks in middle to give your hand a break. alternate your hands to carry on the workout

hi DLD, just wanted to ask you how long it did take you to gain 2inches of growth ? And did you achieve the results only on the first phaze? If not please tell me when you decided to go to the next phaze.
 
starting this tonight, can't wait to begin my PE journey.
same with the guy above, i also want to know how long it took (or how long it usually takes) to get the 2 inches out of this?
