DLD, I can't believe how great things are going. My penile fitness is getting better every day and I'm looking longer and plumper already. The difference in my flaccid hang is unprecedented, I never expected results so soon. It must be way too early to consider these gains, but it's looking so good down there!

everyone can gain 2 inches from this routine !!! i do 1 minute instead of 30 sec and 50 instead of 25 rotarys and add 15 min erect streching after and go in the shower for a warm down and jelq for 10 min total time frame of this almost 3 hours buts its worth it i bet everyone can get the 2 inches

Hey I made 2" gains with this and if I can anyone can. When I found the time I would do it twice a day. I was very hungry for the gains and I was willing to do whatever I had to to make them.

I am about 5.25 when hard. I've searched high and low for a PE technique, surgery, etc and I have recently found this website... There is so much information on this forum and I almost don't even know where to begin. I started with the beginner stretches of behind the cheek, down, out, and up. I a bit confused though am I supposed to do three sets a day or three sets back to back? Also I read that with this stretching technique my penis would shrink in a bit, I've been doing these exersices for about 5 or 6 days now and it still shrinks in. When will I see the size return to normal when flacid? I'm asking because my penish is starting to bother me when I'm sitting at my desk at work and I'm constantly having to grab myself and pull into a more comfortable position, which is embarrassing. Is there anything I can do to make myself a little more comfortable?

Do the stretches back to back once a day sometimes it's best 3 on 1 off or 5 on 2 off
The shrinking is fatigue or overtraining we call it turtleing your penis is retracting from all the stretching

3 Sets of each stretch below
Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks
so, for example, if I'm doing "Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds" I just stretch it to the left and hold in that position for 30 seconds or do i stretch it to the left, release and then repeat this process for 30 seconds? and when it says "3 Sets of each stretch below", should i do for example "Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds" 3 times, and other 2 likewise or do each one after another for 3 times ?

Also, what's "Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-cranks"? Could you please explain in detail? I'm quite a newb to all this :)

This is when you stretch your flaccid penis straight in front of you and crank it in rotations big and small, almost like string a pot of soup.

Yea I already figured it out and done the routine. Took me kinda long but hey, Nothing worth having comes easy, right? :) The only issue I'm having is staying erect while Jelqing, but practice makes perfect!
 
DLD, I have a question on your first routine(this one) and your phase one routine? Why the difference? Should I add behind the cheecks stretch to phase one?

In my first 6 months I made a 2" gain in length and a quarter inch gain in girth. I did do the routine sometimes twice a day if I was not sore. I did all the exercises with extreme intensity and good form. I was very committed to training daily with no breaks. I hope that helps Brother.
 
Hey Im newbie just join Iv'e been doing my research before starting to PE but Ive been doing to for about 2-3 weeks I was starting really slow and easy at 1st I didn't want to hurt myself but now Im ready to go all in. Im going to start This month doing this routine 5-7 days a week Im using vasaline as lubricant because I noticed it works the best I just have a few questions for you DLD or any of you brothers that want to help me out?

- 1st the Behind the cheek stretch you pulling you penis behind your ass right?
-2nd When Im jelquing and pushing up I feel the blood going into my head it feels like a lot of pressure sometimes I feel discomfort is that normal?
-3rd When your doing the stretches should you be completely flaccid?
-4th when jelquing within 2 mins of jelquing I start to get a errection maybe 90% but I've read its not good to do this with a errection is that correct? also after 2 mins I start to lose it and I get soft is that a problem?? sometimes to the point of completely flaccid
Please I would really appreciate the help and a response. Thank You in advance!

You are correct, you grab your penis from behind, between your legs, and stretch up straight, to the right and to the left.

Very normal, PE require great pressure to gain in girth so you are right on track.

If you can remain flaccid but if t is impossible to remain flaccid you can stretch while erect or semi-erect. Just remember that the harder you are the harder you will need to stretch.

Completely incorrect. It is best to jelq as close to erect as possible. The penis is at 100% of its size when you start to jelq, in order to see gains you need to be sure you are getting expansion beyond the 100% mark. So if you are training lets say at 80% and you get 20% expansion you are doing little to cause expansion but if you train at 90% with the same 20% expansion now you are at 110% of your normal size, causing gains.

I was holding under the head but it was causing some discomfort? Any help on where to hold?? Thank you!

For some men gripping takes some extra work. Using toilet paper helps some men, baby powered helps others but every man will get full grip and intensity using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words]. Once you are strapped in it is stretching slip free with intensity far beyond anything possible with the hands.
 
wow Im definitely going to invest in that once I have the funds! Im going to try this routine for the time being thou, now is this a 30,60,or 90 day routine? I didn't seem to find how long I should stick to this before I start changing things up?

Also one more question about jelquing, its my 4th day into the routine and Im finding it hard to keep an erection during jellies or even keep it at the 60-80% range after a few mins it gets completely flaccid at about 20-30% am I going to see gains jelquing like that? Is there something wrong with me since I can't seem to keep it at the 60- 80 range? I was actually thinking of watching prone while I jelqued to keep an erection would you guys recommend that or would that affect my gains as well? Please let me know I really want to get to a good start!! Thank You!!!

Yea losing EQ's gay. I'm really young so I just think about hot stuff, or do helishakes in case I need more blood. I guess you can watch a little adult entertainment for now until you do your daily kegels which is the real key to great bones. If I eat like 150 grams of pistachios my bones are mean regardless.
And yea there's gonna be a time your dick gets tired of doing the same thing, and you'll have to modify your routine making sure he is gaining optimally.

I started PE with a guide I found online that gave instructions to basic PE exercises, mainly jelqing and stretching. The guy who wrote the guide said that after 6 months you would gain 4" in length and 2" in girth and he sounded honest about his claims. I was not sold on the idea but I did exactly what he said for six months, without measuring but I did add in some of my own exercises in the routine. At the six month mark I went and measured and I had gained 2" in length and 1/2" in girth and I was super upset that I did not accomplish what he said I would, I know this sounds silly but I had no clue on PE but what he said. At this point I found an online forum for PE and went and posted my experience saying how I was upset about only gaining 2" in length and a half inch in girth. People responded by saying what I had accomplished was impossible and I was lying about my gains. When I started to look at progress threads in that forum I saw that the best gains men were making were like 1/2" in a year and I started to realize I was special. This is when I started to disclose some of the exercises I created and men started to follow my work. Eventually men started to make similar gains using my more advanced techniques and this brought my commitment to PE through the roof. At this point I realized it was time to start my own PE site featuring new and improved methods of training....the rest is history.

It took me a solid 8 years to gain what the guide said I would gain in six months but I am not complaining. I think having no background in PE and only going by his words help me shoot for the stars and even though I only made it to the moon it still strengthened my beliefs. Today I can tell all men that what I have accomplished they can also with commitment and constant improvements in training. Today things are even better due to the tools we have to choose from. I think we are in a very good time for men to make gains with all the manual experience we have put together combined with the finest tools.
