Lig pops are normal and the pain that proceeds them is usually mental. Some men pop and others don't but it has little to do with gaining and more to do with how much air is trapped beneath the ligs when you pull.

hi DLD did you see any gains in first few mouths 2 more weeks and thats me done 8 weeks and still have not gain EL or EG what should i do am starting to think 2 inch in 6 mouths is not going to happen for me is there anything else i could do or use to speed my gains up as ill be going back to work after x-mas so ill only have say 4 hours a day thats way i so bady want to get them 2 inchs please help

once again im sorry for posting and posting i really dont know as i have not gain any lenght should i have gained any at this point? plus i also think i should leave [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] out all togetter as i tryed today with no girth workout or [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and i was able to add 2 more bars on top of what i was useing easyly and when i take it off and got hard for the first time it felt bigger is this ok 2 leave them both out plus when i do my stretchs in the bath then do warm down my penis allways turles does my hand in as it makes in really hard to get back in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] where i left off before bath but i read warm down is just as important as warm up what can i do many thanks peter

I have dabbled in manual Penis Enlargement a bit in the past but have finally decided to actually dedicate myself to it.

I have some questions for the Penis Enlargement veterans regarding various newbie routines and their differing intensity levels.

I began with the JP90 beginner routine last week and have already begun to see increases in EQ and ejaculation power and volume. The other day I took a BPenis EnlargementL measurement and had jumped from 6.375" (6 & 6/16") to 6.5625" (6 & 9/16") (sorry, not sure what preferred method of marking is. Decimals or fraction?) anyways, I measured again today and it was back to my starting length. Was the increase a temporary pump or preview of gains to come?

Today I decided to give a go at the dld [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] after initially being put off by the more extreme intensity level. I felt good afterwards and no real discomfort during but am a bit concerned that if I go 7 days on no days off I might overtrain or injure myself.

So I guess my question to DLD is: do you recommend a complete newbie start off at the full intensity? or would it be wiser to ease my way into no rest days (ex: 1 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off, 5 on, 2 off etc.) until I condition my penis to handle the stresses?

Also, DLD says he has gained 2 inches on this routine, I am wondering what time frame this occurred and how much Penis Enlargement experience he had before using this routine. I know it won't happen overnight and everyone responds differently, but I am optimistic based on my initial results from the past week.

I think it is smart to ease into it, this way you can get to know the exercises and how your body reacts. From the Members site:

REST DAYS
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.​

Try starting that routine with just 1 set of stretches in each direction for 30 seconds each stretch. Start with low tension as well. Then progressively (and conservatively) add force (tension) and reps. Maybe every week or two add another set in each direction

Ya pretty much.

If you over train at first, you can either injure yourself, or just as bad, you will set the bar too high for force needed. In other words, if you start out pulling as hard as you can, you will always have to pull as hard as you can and harder. If you start out slowly and work your way up, you can gain from less force as you make your way to maximum force and sets.

Just stretch it until it feels comfortable but still strong enough that you are stretching it, no need to go over board. Same idea with the jelqing. Take it easy at first.

They are the most extreme angle in where the ligaments are being stretched to their furthest possible distance. Even those guys with long ligaments can still make ligamental gains using this stretch. They can be done at anytime too. under the covers at night or while watching tv, if there is privacy. Very good exercise that sometimes gets discounted because it is a Newbie exercise. This is simply not true, this exercise is still, for me, the most extreme ligamental stretch (without assistance as in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words]/PowerAssist). Get those PC Muscles rocking with the Kegels and Reverse Kegels, you really got yourself something!

This is also important. Listen to your body and exercise caution and restraint in the learning process.

With that knowledge, you should make gains even faster. We stretch the ligament to mimic what would occur in surgery. As the ligaments becoming longer we start to stretch the tunica. In your case, you should make quick gains in the actual stretching of the tissue where the ligament was attached. Since there is no ligament to resist the stretch, you will be making tunica gains immediately. You will also benefit from Expressive Stretching for the same reasons.

Hello Guy, I like to be at 100% erect when I start and it will soon subside (sometimes) to about 90%. I like to keep the erection level high so I can maximize expansion.

i be honest 1st week in and my penis wrecks, not painfully, but i can feel the stretches i do and i can even see some difference, penis feels thicker slightly. however i wish to continue this routine for atleast 6 months for max gains.

i wanted to ask whether i should keep the hot wrap on for a longer period after exercise.? i persoanlly use a sock with rice in it, seal it of from the top and stick it in the microwave for a while and then wrap that rounf me penis. do it for 2-3 times for abt an hour. cuz i feel after exercise my penis in its flacid state is thincker and heavier, and i simply want to be on the afe side and get as much blood into the penis to avoid injury.

If i shouldnt be doing this let me knw DLD or anyone else.

Hey Guy, A longer warm up will not really change too much. a 5 minute warmup is the most you will need. It is only meant to relax and loosen the tissue prior to training. I personally do light stretching as a warmup and do well with that.

You want your penis thicker and heavier after a Penis Enlargement session. That is the ideal state. Means you didn't over train. If you've over trained, your penis will be weak, sore and will probably turtle (shrivel up)

Ideally you want to do a hot wrap of some kind, heat and massage are the best way to warm up. If I have a really busy day I will use some light stretching and massage as a warmup.

Oddly enough, the bleeding usually happens due to a nick or cut in the urethra or meatus. It can be a pain for guys, it was for me once, but I soon knew why it happened and it never occurred again. It is not a hugely reported injury, but it does come up from time to time. If it happens, do not freak out, the small amount of blood is not going to hurt you, but it is a warning that you should stop and allow the injury to heal (about 2 weeks) and jump back in.

Now, with jelqing, the pressure can be anywhere from light to "about to pop", I love training in the 'about to pop" area because I know this will force girth gains so much faster, if I am stressing and deforming the tissue. One can go too far with girth work and develop thrombosis, which can put you out of the game for a minute too so it is best to practice resistance progressively, learning your limits with accuracy and pressing these limits as you can.

I have a question, I am on Phase 1 for 2.5 months, I finally Measured -/ a bit unhappy to be honest
I am noticing very good GIRTH GAINS, and Flacid Hang-, but NEIL in Legenth...<:(
Am I doing something wrong? I have followed all of the directions on Phase 1 to a T-
Is it normal to have girth gains first before Legenth?

Do you have a educated answer as to what I may need to do to get faster legenth?

hey ive been doing this now for about a week but im starting to get slight pains when stretching should i continue stretching anyway or should i stop for a while?

If you want to accelerate length gains, you should buy a device. There are plenty of effective lengthening tools out there. If you have a lot of time on your hands, the Bib hanger would be your best option. That is my opinion. If you don't wish to hang, why not buy an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and increase the intensity of the manual exercises? Girth is easy to get. Length is tough.
