Two very Basic questions-- regarding warm down --- I dont know if this will effect gains but i need to ask a stupid question, In alot of my ending workouts I sometimes place my penis under the stream of very hot water in the shower, Is this ok to do? or should I always use the warm rag wrap warm down?
I have to admit when Im in the shower and cleaning off the vaseline i just let the water hit my meat as I wash off the vaseline and let it stay running.

second--I read in a post that after ejaculation is better to Penis Enlargement than before because the organ is more relaxed--
SIr- will masterbation effect gains?

First, how the Hell did you hurt your back while stretching? Newt, how bad it the pain and what positions can you get in comfortably?
 
I tried out a new position and ended up really powerful but I always go 100 % power right now so I hurted my back badly. Im really careful with warmup and do this for atleast 15 minutes with heating pad on full warm.

The gains are just.... amazing... Its much better than I though it would be.

REGARDING THE WARM UP AND WARM DOWN-- )--- Is it ok to take a hot bath or Shower, as long as the water is hot enough to pennetrate the penile shaft -and ligs, ?-- My gains are very slow, and I am wondering is because I usually warm up with a hot shower before the work out/ then -- at the end of the session I warm down with a hot shower after the Jelquing sessions..?

That is just fine Ron! A shower, bath or tub of warm water will serve to warm you up or down. Steam rooms are good too.
 
Hi guys Im new here, atm iam probably about 6 inches when erect and would like to get to 7 or more if possible. I have a question tho. How long should i do this routine for? are there other routines anywhere i could see as im planning on writing them down as i dont get access to a computer very often, im just afraid that if i was to do the beginner routine for too long i may stop making gains? will this happen? and my most important question is if you make gains like say went from 6 to 7 and for some reason stopped would you shrink back down to 6?

please help i dont have access to this computer for very long?]

ps how long does it take to complete the routine and how long before you see improvements?

I'd keep to this for at least 3 months, many members ruin their gains by changing routines often.
 
I've been doing this routine foe nearly 2 months now and have noticed something odd with my gains.

My BPenis EnlargementL has grown close to 3/4" of an inch from 6.3 to just shy of 7, yet my NBPenis EnlargementL hasn't made nearly as much progress.
How is this possible?!

I know that its not a matter of inconsistent measuring because I always measure from the same spot and jam the ruler in as far as it can go.
has anyone else experienced this?

I have another basic stretching question - Sir-- You mention that you grab just below the GLANS--for the stretching,- In my case the only way I am able to feel the pull at the base of my penis is to grab about HALF WAY down on my shaft--, It seems like I can really get a better grip, "is it ok to grab at the center of my shaft, -- Is this INCORRECT?-- Or is this alright to do as long as I feel the base and internal ligs getting the stretch?

Well it depends on your grip. You don't want to block the circulation in the shaft, only stretch. If you have to grip there and can do so without cutting off the blood flow then that's cool to an extent, but you'll probably need to jelq while stretching the end of it to make up for it. You don't want to stretch just the base, you want to stretch it all, which is why the PC Flexing and JELQing are so important to push blood into the stretched areas and re-strengthen it. It's the same as body building when you're lifting weights. You tear the fibers and build them back stronger so it doesn't happen again. (that's what's happening internally. Sounds bad, but it's a great thing)
 
Is there any difference in the effectiveness/safety of dry jelqs vs. wet jelqs?
I've been considering subbing in the dry jelqs as I hate the messiness of rubbing vaseline all over my dick.
Is this a bad idea?
 
DLD, when a newbie is going from Phase1 to Phase2 after like three months of training, will he not lose all his lenght gains? I thought the gains from Phase1 have to be cemented before moving into Phase2

It really is not that specific. As long as your training continues, without large gaps, gains will continue and cementing will happen along the way.

I missed 3 solid days of training because of a new job and meetings,, ---What are your thoughts about DOUBLE PHASE 1 WORKOUTS?
For example on the weekends If I have time , Can I do Phase 1 am, then do it all over again in the evenings? I feel I lost time and wanna make up for missing 3 days

Useless. You will just end up over training. Just do your sets and try to do one 30 sec-1 min stretch every 2-3 hours throughout the day.

Yes Ron, you can add additional work if you can handle it. If you miss three days your not going to lose anything but sometimes, when we take long breaks, it can become difficult to get re-motivated to start again. To make a greater separation it may serve you better to keep length in the AM and girth in the PM this way you can dedicate total focus to length or girth.

You're feeling skin stretch because you're gripping half way down the shaft. If you still slip with baby powder, try wrapping toilet paper around your head for grip. I find it works better than baby powder. Try focusing on slowly stretching the interiors of your penis rather than just yanking away as hard as you can. This is probably why you keep slipping.

I haven't gained much length at all after 13 months of manual stretching. Just flaccid stretched length. So I moved onto hanging. I think for a lot of guys who don't gain from manual stretching, hanging is the logical approach. It just seems to make a lot of sense to me and the people who are the hanging experts know a lot about structures of the penis and body. Their approach is logical and "scientific". I recommend trying that.

There is only a way to describe this, there is not way to film the internals of the body without extreme expense. It is very easy to understand when you find the muscle movement through different methods. First method would be when you are erect, try clenching your muscles around your penis to get your boner bouncing, this is a Kegel. When you are peing and you STOP the flow of urine, this is a Kegel. Keep in mind you do not need to be peeing or have an erection to do a Kegel it is only a method to find the muscle movements.

Is this why I am not seeing very good gains yet?

IS JUST BELOW THE HEAD THE PRECISE WAY TO GRIP? I feel like I am getting alot of skin, and stretching at the base, but cant feel the internal ligs pulling
EXCEPT when I do the Behind the CHEEKS--- Im wondering Do you think I should Do more Behind the Cheeks sets ? then to make up for not feeling the ligs in the remander part of part of PHASE 1?

What are your thoughts?

just below the head although when i started the pain would last about three days now i just have a little pain the day after but it is working an inch gained so far maybe a little more haven't taken a measurment in about 3 weeks
