I notice Levista is doing sets of 100's, but it looks like he has adapted the thought of 3 sets of stretches and used that with jelqs as well. Should I be doing 3 sets of 300 jelqs, or just 300. Actually I will be moving up to 600 today, So should I be doing 3 sets of 600?

Also I am trying to strengthen my erections, getting them, and keeping them. II quickly lose my full erection should I do more jelqs then to compensate for the loss of erection? I am going to be getting viagra soon. That should help.
 
Iwant8x6, i break my jelqs into 100s as i find them manageable that way. I do a total of 600 - it used to be in 6 sets of 100, though I have since started doing 12 sets of 50.

I don't know what the deal is, but at some point I guess I squeezed too hard or something, 'cuz I've got these blood spots (almost like blood blisters, not just dots) on the bottom side of my glans, close to my pee-hole. Is this normal and how can I avoid this?

DLD, see how you workout 7 days a week 365 days a year, and u say that you don't gain as much if you ejaculate 5 hours before or after each session(testostorone levels or something) when do you actually ejaculate then, lol
And do you think that you will stop growing at a certain size ?

Most folks notice a difference within the first week. Things to watch for are harder erections, a more vascular look, red spots, hair creeping up your shaft from stretching, maybe some light stretch marks. Some guys have very quick initial, measurable gains (within the first couple weeks). Some guys take a bit longer but if you believe and put in the work you will gain.

I don't kegel very much, but my erections are quite hard anyway(from kegeling in the past) would you say i should start kegeling every session or is it that important now that it's quite strong anyway ?
 
I Kegel everyday. It is a small but very (seriously) important excercise. Those muscles play a role in balance and lower body strength in general, not to mention what it does for our common cause. Fountain of Youth.
 
When you stretch up, does that mean straight up towards the ceiling or against your abs?

I just started the newbie guide tonight. Everything seems to have gone okay. My only concern is about a turkeyneck(?) or something like that? I read about it on the boards a while back when I first found this site, but don't remember what it was/what causes it/how to fix it. On that note though, are there any common deformations? Do they go away over time? Also, are kegels important for gaining? I've been doing kegels off and on for about 3 years, but definately not every day. I did them every day for a long time until I got to a point that I wasn't noticing any improvements in performance (and don't feel I need any now). But if they play a role in gaining, I'll do them every day again. Right now I'm right at about 7 (erm, erect and not pushing down against the bone) but I feel small when I look at myself. I wan't to gain about 1 to 1.5 inches length and 1.5 to 2 inches in girth really just to boost my confidence.
 
Also forgot to ask is it possible to lose gains? I mean, is this permanent or mostly anyway? If I gain an inch in length then completely quit, will I lose the inch over time and go back to my "natural" length?
 
Yes it means towards the ceiling.
Kegels keep your dick firm when erect and healthier, but i don't do them every day, but if they are a big factor on gains i too will do them a lot again.
I think were all doing this to boost our confidence. ;)

Yes it *IS* possible to lose gains (i've seen a few guys routine logs on here who have lost a little bit even when they were *STILL* Penis Enlargement'ing)

I'm in the UK so got my electric pad in a catalogue store like Argos or Index. They are really meant for period cramps and elderly people with bad circulation. A big chemist may have them too.

For length, you need two things. Basic stretching and time! Keep at it!

it would be really hard to stay at the 80% - 100% erect level if you did 300 hundred straight...you can do sets...in between sets...arouse yourself back to the state you feel comfortable and start again.

everyone's gain time is different...length wise it might take a while to notice gains...(remember we are dealing with cm, mm, & inches) some gained 2" in 6 months some only a .5" in that same time...but i believe you notice girth (jelqs) after a few sessions...my dick look fuller in about a week of doing the wet jelqs part...

and about the girlfriend....i don't know what kind of relationship you guys have...but ask her to try to be more supportive...that you are doing this for you...you live with her unless you are in the house all day while she is at work or school...she is going to know you are doing something if you are trying to sneak away for an hour everyday...if that isn't an option...hey there are always those 3 in the morning sessions while she sleeps...good luck
 
i have some questions. First of all about stretches..you do them seated and it says to pull down and to the right and down and to the left...does that mean like 4:30 and 7:30 as opposed to 3:00 and 9:00? Also on the circular ones...are they little circles or big ones?

i could swear the stretching routine in this thread has been changed. i remember it being more simple before, now all this between the cheeks stuff, lol. am i crazy or was there really another routine that was made up of just simple stretches?

Yes, I decided to upgrade the stretching portion of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]. I was going to post about it but I have been so busy that it slipped my mind. I changed the stretch routine to be the stepped up version of basic stretching, the pay-site will have the same changes soon.

why are most of the stretches going towards the left and none towards the right? is this suppose to be considered an advance stretching routine or just a different variation of the original? i think i am going to stick with what i've been doing....it's looks basically the same except the btc...which i think when i do my LAS it takes care of that...

you can use the palm down ok grip or you can put your penis in the palm of your hand...hold it below the head...stretch straight out..and rotate it in a circle

uh.. cool! So why the modification DLD, the original routine seemed nice and simple for the real newbies. Just wondering. And it worked too, according to crazyed. Personally I'm sticking to it until I get to 7"!
 
Great Beginner Routine. A quick question though. When you do three reps of the stretches, do you go through each set once and then repeat the whole procedure two more times or do you do each subset of stretches 3 times and then move on to the next? Does it matter which way you do it?

It really is preference. I sometimes do all sets consecutive and sometimes I will go through the routine 3 times, really makes no difference.
