I was thinking about hanging instead of all the stretching routines would this be wise or should I do both I am 6x5.5 now I would like to be 9.5x7.0. Not to big but not to small, Should I hang and jelq not at same time but after hanging session.I have heard more length progress with hanging than anyother thing? I just want more length for right now.I am a grower.Help!
 
I'm a little confused on the stretches:

When you say 3 sets of each, do you mean, each stretch that's listed should be done three times? You have 15 stretches listed, each of which is 30 seconds, which is 7.5 minutes right there. If you were to triple that, you've got 22.5 minutes on the stretching alone.

Am I reading that correctly? As it is now I do each of those 30 second stretches you list one time.

it probably should take about 15- 20 minutes if you are doing (3) sets....that means you stretch in every direction 3 different times

I understand, my question was whether or not DLD intends us to do each of those stretches 3 times, or when he says 3 reps, he's just referring to one rep of each of the three stretches.

Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each stretch below
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds x 3

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks x 3

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks x 3

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks x 3

With small breaks the entire stretch portion should not take more than 35 minutes. If the routine is too intense or lengthly you may oopt to reduce the total sets to 2 or even 1.

yes edaily..since you are doing every stretch each time for 30 seconds that equals 90 seconds for each direction....start from the top of the list and work your way down....from the behind the cheek left down to straight up rotary stretch crank do each stretch for 30 seconds...and go back to the top and start again and after you finish do one more set....total of three sets

Question for everyone who's gained, especially DLD: How important do you think stretches REALLY are in the grand scheme of things? I plan on doing them and they obviously have their value, but woudln't something like jelqing ultimately do a lot more to expand and enlarge the penis?
 
and what did you gain those 2 inches on DLD, the first routine that was here or the new one? my grip cant last through the new one.. lol

I thought that a multi-angled beginners approach would produce faster gains and allow the user to gain more using this phase.

This is my first post so here it goes

when stretching you pull your flacid penis to the area that it says, so for Right buttocks behind, you pull down and right, pulling firmly and crank is rotating the penis? The idea is to loosen the ligaments and prevent injury during the jelq correct?

There are no cranking rotary with BTC. Basically BTC is performed by grabbing your flaccid penis just below the glans (head) and stretching back and upward toward your ass. You will go to the right, left and center.
 
When I stretch I get an erection of about 70%. That makes it hard to stretch successfully, so how do you guys cope with this problem?
 
Big fish wait till your errection goes down,

Its best and safer to streched flacid anyways, just wait a min or two and continue. I find sitting down and streching with both hands downward gives me the best strech, i do it almost as hard as I can.

I can't seem to get into the stretches at all. I do 300 of the normal slow jelq and 200 faster jelq 7 days a week though. I will do some stretching usually every other day, but not as thoroughly as this workout shows. Can jelq alone provide pretty steady gains? I would have no problem with doing even more jelqs if I could avoid the stretching -- if it means slower gains, but still making gains, that is acceptable.

Why dont you do streches?? I love them!

I would take a day or two off a week, perhaps 1 day off every 3, or your errection quality may suffer.

after i do my newbie stretches, the tip of my head gets red and after a few hours it is noticably bruised. it goes away in about 24 hours or so. is this NORMAL?
 
brand new to this whole thing...gonna try this out like it was my only religion(im atheist so it just might be)..and im going to try to do a journal..updating everyday on the quality of my "workout" and all that stuff..updating measurements every month...is there nebody on here thatd be willing to remind me to update if i fail to remember on my own(happens a lot)

Stretching at 70% can be productive but flaccid will produce faster results. I suggest getting all of your girth work done, masturbating, then stretch after that. Unless you are a boner king:D you should have a solid 30 minutes without an erection.

Some guys are more prone to bruising than others and it sounds like you are one of these people. I am one also and I bruise very easily. There is nothing to worry about this is a normal part of pe (even more so for us:))

Not ejaculating has only an effect of Girth work meaning if you cum before training girth your session will suffer. If you are done with you girth, have fun.

When you say under the definition of 'basic jelqing"... "increase intensity" ... do u mean increase intensity of the pressure of your "OK" sign... like make the "O" part of the sign smaller so it is tighter, or do you mean pull harder when you go up the shaft?

Hello all,

Veteran Penis Enlargement'er who got results and then became unfocused :/

Gonna get back into the swing of things and plan on trying this routine out for a while and see where it gets me. At one point I plateau'd and wasn't getting gains. Then started AI stretches which helped but the gains slowed and I got frustrated. Now I'm back and ready to be bigger and badder than ever, 9" here I come :cool:

Just got out of a relationship and have a lil more me time, so I decided to make me and mini-me bigger, gonna join a gym and get back to the program.
