It usually happens around the second set of SRT. Although, I do think the bundled stretches make it worse. I've stopped those but it still happens.
You may need to take more time off than normal. Your body may be different than other people so you may need more time to heal. How much blood ? are you seeing?
 

let me do some more digging and research to see if I can find out what’s happening. It’s only a small amount of blood I would not worry too much but let me do some research before you go hard-core with anything.

i have been using the Phallosan Forte & Bathmate for a dedicated month (+ bathmate on/off for 4 years) but have not seen any permanent gains. after reading your article on SRT training, ive decided to start a dedicated 90 day program which will include both manual work & proper healing (both of which i never did before). i will also be buying a SizeGenetics extender .

when should i use the bathmate within the SRT training program though?... in the AM like before or after stretching routine? before or after jelqing? or before bed?
i usually pump for 15-20 min in the Bathmate

i am currently 6x4.25... am aiming for 7x5... equally interested in length/girth. looks like im gonna be home a lot, so have a lot of free time as well.

Thank you so much!! I will measure tonight but I would like to focus on both. I think an inch and a half each would be awesome so for length it’ll put me a little over 8 and girth would put me at about 6. I don’t want to get too too thick because I don’t want anal to be an issue ?. As far as active pe I can do an hour total. As far as passive, ads not an issue for the most part. I will definitely get back to you tonight and also let you know when the shipment comes in!! I’m super excited!!

Then your job is going to be very easy and profitable. What I would like to have you do for your workout is the 5×5×3 found in SRT and I would like you to add three other exercises to this. Before you start get in 5 to 10 minutes of bundled stretching, this will pre-stretch your Tunica allowing you to take up much more blood. I would also like you to do the testicle health massage and stretch found in the newbie routine. Lastly I would like you to incorporate the isolated compression squeeze which will build width in addition to girth. You can find it at www.mattersofsize.com/access and make your way to the AV section and there’s a video there. Look at these items and get back to me with any questions or concerns you may have and we can write it out very specifically.

@DLD I received my equipment yesterday!! I also measured so I’m bpel 16cm x 11cm erect ?. I definitely lost some since the last time that I’ve measured. I’m definitely eager to get started...

couple things that crossed my mind:

1) i have a low LOT (6:00) but my extender only stays put pointing downward.. does this matter if i do my extending while hanging downward?
2) im from Cali so i smoke a few spliffs a day (i only use whole-leaf natural tobacco, NO fillers or cig tobacco), maybe have a beer or two. will this get in the way of gains? i see a lot of negative talk about smoking and blood flow, but i noticed you are a dabber yourself. i take L-arginine & omegas to increase blood flow... hope the weed and a bit of alcohol wont impede....
3) am i supposed to reverse kegel while in the extender also? what's a good amount of reps and for how long each rep?

The position of your ADS makes no difference except wearing it upward. Wearing it upward is kind of a waste of time because you will not produce enough traction to affect the tunica. Always wear your ADS downward.

I smoke and I drink and I’ve made better Gains than anyone in the world. I recommend that you don’t overdo it. For myself I have two glasses of wine a day and I smoke once a day.

Only do reverse Kegels when manually stretching.
