@DLD I received my equipment yesterday!! I also measured so I’m bpel 16cm x 11cm erect ?. I definitely lost some since the last time that I’ve measured. I’m definitely eager to get started...

I only have bathmate here and I want to enhance my girth, length, and glans DLD

With your BM you can do the 5×5×3 found in SRT. As far as length goes I suggest you go with the newbie stretches as these cover every possible angle of growth. I would also suggest that you do the testicle health massage and stretch and that you also do the PC routine. This is a good place to start and after a couple weeks with your BM you can do the 5×5×3 found in SRT. Can someone send me link to the 4 different types of stretches we have to do, with the pictures and or videos on how and which ones to do. I don't what stretches am I supposed to do for the Srt Program. I am kind of lost of what stretches am I supposed to do and what order I'm supposed to do them. I'm trying to gain 2 inches in length and 2 inches in girth please help.

That’s exactly what I did and it worked perfectly for me. You always want to do your length work before girth. It also really helps us with focus when we do things one at a time.

Step 2. Bundle Stretching
Step 3. 300 jelqs (first 2 weeks)
600 jelqs - ( after 2 weeks)
Step 4. Warm Down (5 mins)
Step 5. 50 kegel squeezes (hold 5 secs each rep then afer that kegel ( hold 1 minute)
Step 6. Testicle Health Massage

#Evening Routine:
Warm up (5 mins)
100 strong, upward, erect jelqs
1 sixty second Slow Squash jelq
100 strong, downward, erect jelqs
1 sixty second Slow Squash jelq
100 strong, upward, erect jelqs
1 sixty second Slow Squash jelq
100 strong downward jelqs
1 sixty second Slow Squash jelq

On Week 3, will do the same as Morning Routine but in the evening routine will do 5x5x3

I really like this routine because you’re combining some very awesome theories! Let’s give it a month and see what happens but I think this might be worthy of having a place in SRT

Most people don’t even use their inserts so I don’t think there’s a lot of data on this modification. To me it would seem like the x30 would be better fit for the Hercules like I said it’s going to be trial and error unless somebody can come in and give you first experience advice
 
Hey everyone is the lengthmaster a must for srt? I have a slight right curve in my dick im trying to fix , and i have my mityvac and my never used phallosan forte. I finally found a routine and i was wondering was it worth it. Im at 6.3 X 5.0 and my goal is 8.5 x 7 or 8.5x 6.7. Feel free to chime in with you guys advice and ideas and or tips to reach my goal.

Not at all but most people that do SRT usually get the lengthmaster first. If you get to a point where you cannot stretch with your hands with enough strength that’s when you want to get yourself the LM. The LM gives unbelievable grip for insane stretching

2 inches both ways, I can see you getting the length done within a year and the girth is very hard to tell until you start. Some men gain very quickly and some men do not. So depending on how your penis responds will determine how long to make a 2 inch gain. The 5×5×3 makes gaining girth the fastest.

I think I watched most of your video posts in youtube and agree with everything you talk about, because it just makes sense to me. Anyway, back to the topic, don't want to waste your time.
I am doing the SRT with manual exercises and bathmate and the SiliStrecher for about 2 months now. I was just wondering how long can I keep gaining from it, and if I stop gaining at some point, what should I add to it or should I try something else completely?

You will get to a point where you will want to pick up the lengthmaster so you can swap out all manual stretching to using the LM, that in itself will greatly improve your gaining. With SRT there will always be either more intensity that could be added or new exercise to be swapped out.
 
Hi @DLD

Can I get a quick critique of this newbie routine given the equipment I own?

8am
Warmup in bath with kegels
Wet jelqs 5 to 10 min
5x5x3 w bathmate
(I’ve been ejaculating afterward as a “reward”....I can stop if this slows down progress)
Wash up and wear cock ring for an hour.


10am
Basic stretches w length master
Wear sili stretcher from 4 to 6 hours, switching positions every hour or so. I do like 25 cranks between switches


I’ve been slowing building up for the last 2 weeks.
What can I do to up the intensity?
Am I missing something?
Should I be sleeeping with the silistretcher?
Should I add another jelq session?
