Hi @DLD

Can I get a quick critique of this newbie routine given the equipment I own?

8am
Warmup in bath with kegels
Wet jelqs 5 to 10 min
5x5x3 w bathmate
(I’ve been ejaculating afterward as a “reward”....I can stop if this slows down progress)
Wash up and wear cock ring for an hour.


10am
Basic stretches w length master
Wear sili stretcher from 4 to 6 hours, switching positions every hour or so. I do like 25 cranks between switches


I’ve been slowing building up for the last 2 weeks.
What can I do to up the intensity?
Am I missing something?
Should I be sleeeping with the silistretcher?
Should I add another jelq session?

everything looks good to me there’s only a few things that looks like you may be missing. You should pick a expressive stretching exercise and you should also working erect stretching. Lastly everyone should be doing the testicle health massage and stretch found in the newbie routine. This routine will give you a much heavier hang and your flaccid size will get very close to your erect size.

If you have additional time what would be smart to add in would be powerassist stretches since you have the lengthmaster. These are fulcrum stretches and attack length at a very different angle.
 
So, as I understand... Masturbation before girth is No Way, but before length is Okay, right?
So, for those who do only length, can use masturbation as kind of warm up, every day?

when you are stretching you do not want to have an erection you want to be flaccid. Some men have difficulty stretching without being erect. So I always suggest that you stretch when your penis is in a state of total fatigue or refractory.

So, if i stretch everyday... Is okay to use masturbation as warm-up, before stretching session?

I see no problems and that is the only issue I would have is what you’re watching when you’re doing this. Make sure you stay in the realm of your conscience.

Oh... I quit ���� long time ago. In last year i have not watch any kind of ���� video. If you think about that.
But I read that masturbation can slow gains or kind of kill the gains.
When i get my first results in length, my routine was basic stretches but before every workout i masturbated as warm up and do the stretches and i get the results...
I don't know what to do.

Hallelujah and praise the Lord! I’m so proud of you my brother. There is no better time to stretch the penis than when you’re in a refractory state, meaning right after you have an orgasm, or when you’re in a state of total fatigue. Obvious that it’s easier to go for the refractory period and since you’re able to do that without filth go for it!

There is no more meaning in ����. We are no more in highschool. Everything you can get from that is wrong perception for sex itself. Ofcourse you can learn something, but that is only 10% others are crap.

I was thinking to try 1 month with 6 to 7 workouts a week side-to-side stretches after orgasm starting with 120 reps and adding 5-10 every workout. If i decide to work only for length.

Other option is to workout 3 times a week with this exercises:
- warm cloth wrap 6-10min (warm up)
-5 squeezes (5sec hold)
- 100+ side-to-side (increasing reps every workout)

What do you think?

New to the PE community here and i'm so excited to embark on my new journey! i came across DLD's MOS forum as one of my friends shared with me his PE gains and its really one of the most comprehensive forum there is, i can find so many answers here i couldn't find elsewhere. Just want to say its an amazing community! I recently ordered my Bathmate and cockring, planning to order the Sili stuff for length gains too. I'm pretty average in size (6" in length) so i'm pumped to see what the SRT routine will do for me next time.

As a beginner i'm just really curious, when you guys say bundled stretches, does it refer to bundled ERECT stretched or should i be doing it in the flaccid state. I tried the erected one and its so hard i couldnt twist half a round LOL. I'd appreciate if someone could break it down for me how the 5 mins would look like. i.e should it be 5 full minutes of stretching forward or like 30 seconds of up down left right etc.

Appreciate the help and all the best to everyone out there!

No problem my brother I started MOS in 2001 so I’ve been here for much of my life. And obviously I love what I do.

Hey DLD I was wondering how advanced ypu have to be to start the 5x5x3, I've been pumping with a BM for about 6 months consistently and jelquing on switch days, im wondering if I should start with the 2 weeks of the SRT program or if I can just go right in to the 5×5×3, im really just interested in girth.

I stopped at that point because regardless of my size, I didn’t want my penis to look awkward. Any recommendations for that?

I plan on buying the SRT bundle here so that I can start on this program for the new year, thanks DLD!

That’s great I’m so happy that you understand this. It’s very cool when we understand exactly what SRT is and it gives such confidence because so many have done so well with it. I’ll be very happy to work with you on creating a routine that’s gonna work perfectly for your schedule and your goals. Let me know when you get your equipment and I will work with you one on one to put your routine together.

The gel in my opinion is a very mediocre exercise and I think the SSJ is far better in every way. As a matter of fact there is no better joke than the SSJ. In one session you can see amazing temporary gains. But once you have your bathmate and do the 5×5×3 you’re going to see up to an inch or more of temporary expansion.

I have stretched and pumped, etc. I want to be able to gain an 1 1/2 inches in length and an inch in girth. But I don't know if I've reached my max. I started out at 6.5 L and 5 G. I am currently 7 3/4 BPL and 5.25 EG. But I am only 6.5 EL NBP. I am looking to also increase my NBPL and my FL and FG. There is a lot of info on here and I am looking for the best gains. Will you please point me in the right direction? Thank you and God Bless
 
I know that PE is a marathon and not a sprint, but I am still curious as to a realistic growth timetable. I am more concerned with Length but I realize that a 9 incher would look slim at 5.25 so I'm looking to boost that to at least 6 inches in Girth. Thank you very much for your time.

I'd concentrate on getting length first then going for girth
