Though I just don't know if I'm going to continue whit PE,in the given case i do i would like to have a good routine to follow..And if I get to finish that routine I'd be ready for a new routine...

I'm thinking slow squash jelqs as opposed to normal ones,, but not sure about length.. I don't have all the SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory supplies but I'm atleast looking to purchase the all day stretcher.
