Thanks, DLD. The text in that link discusses 3 phases of enlargement. Do you still follow that or do think SRT is superior?

I received and used my LM yesterday. I have a couple of quick questions. I feel a big burn on my skin when doing the stretch, which I didn't think was a big deal, but then I felt the burn really bad when having sex that night. Weird. Any suggestions. Also, how do you do expressive stretching with the LM.

This sounds like a wrapping issue, how are you wrapping? As far as expressive stretching goes you’ll want to connect your Lengthmaster at the base and stretch from there. Be sure all skin is above the LM so you’re stretching tissue and not skin.

I'm wrapping about six times around using the wrap provided? Sorry I'm not sure what you mean by "all skin is above the LM".

That is way too much wrapping and you’re going to probably slide out or get very bad grip. When I wrap I use one layer of Theraban. I make sure it is completely smooth and without wrinkle or creases as if there is a wrinkle or a crease it will cause pain and pinching. I will wrap a second layer of ace wrap over the Theraban for extra cushion. Again this needs to be wrapped without wrinkle or crease or you will have pain. If you feel as though you need a second layer do so, But only if you need it.

So I discovered I needed to incoporate erect streches and expressive stretches in my routine courtesy of this thread. I started expressive streches few days ago and it was cool.
Well, I did erect streches today for the first time, using morning wood.
The issues I have is that of grip. The skin is more elastic than the frame/wood of the penis. I didn't get discouraged, what I found out was that, I could do expressive streches while ercet and with it, the grip was a bit better with that. My way of expressive stretch is: grab,hold and pull all d junk(scrotum) from the very base with one hand and use the other hand to pull the penis. My question: Is it safe to do expressive stretch while erect?

The second issue is also with skin strech while jelqing, the skin makes it look like I'm uncut but I am, PE actually gave me the extra skin and now I can't grip well with jelqing, it's so bad that it seems like I'm pulling the skin only leaving the penis mass inside in a place. How can I help this?
 
Taking last paragraph first, are you using the SSJ (SlowSquashJelq) or the regular jelq? With the SSJ there should be no skin issues. The regular Jelq will produce more skin while the SSJ prevents it.

full package stretching is a wonderful expressive exercise. This can be done either erect or flaccid.

As far as grip goes there’s a few things you can do. The best thing in the world is to pick up a Lengthmaster as this takes all of the grip issues out of the equation. The chamber grips you while you stretch with two hands. You can also try our gripping power. I will leave links to both of these below. There’s anything else you need help with just ask.



 
I have a very small amount blood coming out of my urethra when I stretch with my silistretcher or length master. Does any one have an idea what is happening.

This usually is a nick or a small cut in your your urethra. This happens to many people and it takes about two days off for it to go away and heal. I had this happen to me maybe two or three times and it Went away within a day or two.

Of course carry-on! You can still grow without the sleeve. sleeve are to cement the growth you’ve made.
 
Dang. I took 6 days off and its still happened after the 2nd day of stretching again.

What are you doing when it does happen? Is there a particular exercise you’re using that may cause it?
 
It usually happens around the second set of SRT. Although, I do think the bundled stretches make it worse. I've stopped those but it still happens.
