Many of the exercises are but not with video, the video is the best reason to join the site or buy the DVD.
 
Words are great, but a picture says a thousand words. Now count each frame of that video as a picture (cause that's what the heck it is)... See where I'm going with this? Get the video... trust me.

Flaccid length can be extremely elusive, when I went against all the rules of SRT I certainly lost 3" in flaccid length...of course the size was still there, just shriveled. But you simply do not have to believe me...this is a new one, I thought people questioned my gains more than my loses:)
 
What users have used the SRT Routine for 3 months or more? Also, how soon as a newbie can you start doing SRT? Biggest gains I've seen are Supershaft - that gained an inch in 2.5 months (used Total Routine). Also, a user by the name newbeast99 used the "Gain 1 inch in 12 weeks" (Total Routine) and gained about 1.7 inches in 6 months!!!! I don't know if that guy was brand new or whats happened since. Maybe he sailed off into the sunset with his new toy. But everything (other forums) have just been telling me to start something very basic and stick to it for like 3 months or more, but its so discouraging when you read poor results or very little. They even tell me the DLD newbie routine is still too advanced. I don't know if I should embrace slow gains as they are more cemented than rapid gains, what is your theory on this? I'm thinking I should just do the Phase 1 routine for about 1 month or 2 and then just go full SRT, which to me is very much like the newbie routine, but adding the healing in the expanded/extended state. I just haven't read any complete posts of someone using SRT for 3 months just people kinda starting it. I've read all 51 pages of this thread twice. Any advice or info on what I should do? I wanted to get about 1.5 inches in a year with a little more girth. I was aiming for 6-7 months after I first read t the SRT thread (since it talks about gaining an inch in 3 months), but then I started reading all across the internet and it just messed up that hope I had of being a guy who did the impossible and gained really fast, but then when I go to another forum its like, if you gain 1/2 inch in a year or two your lucky. I own all the devices for SRT (rings,bm,sg, velcro mod, neoprene foam,UJS, and LM). Any advice on what to do is greatly appreciated. DLD if your out there I know your real man, any words of wisdom, hell if you want I would even consider buying some consulting time on the phone if possible. Any advice from anyone else is much appreciated. Thank You

SRT can be a starting routine. Other forums preach lighter workouts but they do not have members that gains the way we do here. The penis is very resilient and extremely difficult to hurt in a permanent way. Ease your way into SRT, go with half the routine every other day to start and from there build up in the routine and days on. If you are like the men here, we want gains as fast as humanly possible and this is why you see these amazing gains in the Brotherhood.

Does anyone have this full routine written down that includes when to use the Velcro roll, phallosan and the different phases? basicly the nuts and bolts

I just read the full article and I have learned so much of what I was doing was wrong. Like not extending after girth or doing stretches every hour in the SG!

Thank you Sim for reading through it completely and I am so happy you have learned some things that are going to really help you. We all do PE exercise and use tool and various workouts, it is good to know exactly what you are doing and how that is effecting your growth. I think SRT has the ultimate education for every PE man, new or old. Remember, I learned much of this as recently as 6 months ago so it is good to always look for updates.

Now I'm using my SG as my ADS. Will sleep in it on light tension. Throughout the hours, i INCREASE tension so tunica and ligament get's stretch. Loving the feeling of having that ligament loosened when doing my hourly stretches as per the STR routine.

All this tunica activation will make gaining girth even easier! Especially as I measured in at 5.4" EG for the first time ever earlier today! 0.2" -0.3" EG gains after 4 months without STR.

Will be interesting to see how gains differ now I'm aware of STR and the importance of the tunica.

Here are the changes I've made

1) Bundles + SG before clamping
2) Cockring after clamping
3) Hours of SG after clamping, increasing tension progressively through the day
4) Cranks and behind the cheek stretching during breaks from the SG
5) Attempting to sleep with the SG on a light setting

Don't forget to get in some Expressive Stretching and some Erect Stretching. These will further your gains and help cement them as you continue to gain. Other than that your routine changes look great!
