So I've been through everything on this thread and I was wondering if someone could explain why there is a week one, two and no week three on forward, but there are more exercises. I'm just a little confused as when to do what and if this first two weeks are sort of a warm up and then the remaining 10 weeks (this being three months) are some other routine listed. Could someone maybe help me out with the formatting of this? I've just read so much that I'm not sure what's right anymore! I printed off 14 pages of everything SRT and I just want a routine outlined now
Thanks for all the help by the way! I look forward to great gains!

God bless!

Because you will be using week two as the permanent workout after starting.

Thanks DLD! I know that was probably a dumb question, but I had thoroughly confused myself after 50 pages of thread! I want to thank you for doing this! I am going to get serious about PE and if it weren't for your work, I probably would not have ever made this decision, and I likely would have given up. Can't wait to share my results! :)

The X40 is a good choice as it will be good for you now and will remain that way until you reach 9.5 x 7"

The rings you are wearing are fine and very safe, stick with them.

Jerking off after girth is fine but some guys like to where their cock ring for a while to keep expansion going as long as possible. So it is up to you.

Thanks dld is it good to do girth right after stretch or the other way around
any thought on girth exercises jelq, ssl, an edging to help control ejaculation

I think is most of the time better to train length before girth. When you do girth first the expansion can hinder the length work. But, I do suggest doing it once in a while as it may have hidden benefits stretching while expanded. I suggest going 5 to 1 in a ratio. The best girth exercise is going to be the SlowSquashJelq paired with the BathMate in the 5x5x3 sessions in there SRT Thread. Ejaculation control, imo, is best with the FleshLight.

That is how long it took me so I am going by that for my answer. The thing is there is a lot more equipment today, that we did not have 13 years ago, that can even speed the process more. It took me 6 months to gain two inches and that was basically doing the Newbie Routine twice a day. As the weeks progressed I starter to invent my own exercises that when the 6 months cam to a close I had created a whole new routine that was not in any way like the Newbie Routine (Phase 2 on the members site.)

The pay site has 5 phases to the workout. They start with what the newbie routine is and from there each phase becomes more and more demanding. It is a great program with step by step directions with video.
