I was in your shoes once, all I can say is that out of everything, reverse kegels is the only thing that made a significant impact and has eliminated my Pre-ejaculation. The thing I realized is that it's something you might have to do forever (at least that's the case with me). I do around 200 reverse kegels every single day. I did several test where I would stop doing it for a month and I noticed that I would start to have these uncontrollable involuntary kegels near PONR or sometimes during sleep (nocturnal emission). Once I started doing only reverse kegels this all stopped 100% and now I am at a point where I cum only when I want to where as before I would cum after 20 strokes (back when I did regular kegels). But I also use other methods (descried below) as well to reach this point where I cum when I want.
I think it was DLD (or someone) that said that we all do unconscious kegels, we all tend to do them throughout the day when we get nervous, stressed, anxiety, etc.. which causes imbalance in the pelvic floor muscles. Another reason why I developed pre-ejaculation was due to too many "regular kegels", I got rock hard erections but I also developed a severe case of Pre-Mature ejaculation which continued to get worse and which is is why I stopped doing them all together BUT I do not know if doing reverse kegels solely will slow down or even halt your gains (which is what i'm trying to find out)... I still get rock hard erections just from doing reverse kegels but this might be due to my testosterone and libido, IDK.
One thing I can tell you is that you'll see a significant improvement if you do "reverse kegels" and if you do them consistently every single day!
No need to take any pills, etc..
ALSO, another thing I almost forgot was �naked people movies�, if you watch �naked people movies�, DO NOT MASTURBATE AND EJACULATE IMMEDIATELY! This is training your brain to cum faster. What I do from time to time is if I decided to masturbate, I will watch the most hard core stuff and bring my self to the brink of ejaculation and then pause the video and stop stroking to calm my self down and then I would continue again. I would only let myself ejaculate if 30-60 minutes have passed. This is considered edging I guess but this really does help with the psychological factors that can contribute to pre-mature ejaculation.
Some people also say stopping �naked people movies� all together works for them. Also just a warning, watching too much �naked people movies� can lead to temporary erectile dysfunction so be cautious of that, I personally masturbate once a month since I am always pretty busy and don't have time for it.
I also use whats known as the death grip which I don't really recommend because this will cause desensitizing of the penis if abused. The way you do it is when masturbating, you don't use any lube, just a dry hand and ruff masturbation with a very tight grip. From what I've read this causes micro tears which then causes a callus to form around your penis. You won't feel or see the callus but it will be there as a very thin layer from what I read. Again, this should be a last resort because doing so can really desensitize your penis so if you do use this method I would proceed with caution.
You need to try and see what works for you but I can almost grantee you that if you try what was mentioned in this post you'll see an improvement. I've been struggling with this for years and im glad that I'm finally over it. There is light at the end of the tunnel
