Hey guys! I stopped my PE a while ago because I experienced some inflammation on the side of my dick. Nothing serious of course. The nerve regeneration of the penis is obviously a proven fact and I healed most likely by the third day, but decided to take the whole next week off for safety but also it’s hard for me to have my routine disrupted and immediately get back on point. Once I get going there’s no stopping me. Lol
I tried to switch from 5x5x2 to 3x2x3 but, I believe I had stretched to strongly during the day and that caused my inflammation.
This isn’t a sprint for me, it’s a marathon, its a life style, and I would rather put in the work and perfect the techniques.
I was starting my day with warming up, hand based stretching in all directions as well as clock and counter rotations.
Then jelqing and pumping, cock ring throughout the day, hand stretching here and there, then warm ups stretches and stealth throughout the evening. Seeing awesome results, danglin and smacking my thighs like “who’s dick is this!!!”
But I’ve been considering putting all my focus on length…… and in turn starting to introduce my LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging with bundles.
I completely believe in the effectiveness of the SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory, and I completely want both length and girth gains to the extreme.
But I have different things to focus on as well with my career, and I feel like length focus then girth, could help simplify, isolate and focus my success…
Should I do that?
Also if I do should I include some Jelqs and maybe a pump in the mornings for increased circulation?
