I will be 7 days on thursday and I'm going to move up to 7.7lbs(3,5kg) next thursday.

I suggest you move up this Thursday. No sense sticking with a weight that doesn't give you fatigue in the first two sets. Unless the attachment point is too sensitive to do it.

I think 7.25"-7.5" x 6.25" is more than reasonable. I don't want it to be much more than a quarter inch longer than her maximum cervical depth. I leaned down just from diet. I was also sick for three weeks in December, so that helped. But mainly just diet. I've hardly exercised for the majority of the time since I've been getting lean.

When I was exercising, I was just doing regular lifting then I would do interval training. I'd jog for 2 min, then sprint for 1 min, repeat. I'd do that for 10-20 minutes. That helped a lot. Also I stopped all the protein shakes except for just one after workout.

I've heard the expression "abs are made in the kitchen" from a dude who is in his 40s or 50s and jacked. It's really quite true. Eating properly will get you looking fit, then adding the weight lifting, stomach work and cardio on top just cuts you up. I recently started going to the gym again and I am looking nice after a workout.

The key is really figuring out when to eat, how much to eat and when not to eat.

I got the info on what to eat from like 4 websites. I will give you the links tomorrow. I basically listened to what it said for all meals: no added sugars, preservatives etc. for ex, if you eat yogurt, add your own fruit and buy all natural 0% fat yogurt.
- Lean meats - chicken, turkey, beef, fish (i eat salmon and tuna)
- Raw fruits and vegetables
- Nuts
- Lots of water
- Fish oils with each meal
- If you're going to eat dairy, eat low fat dairy
- Eggs are great - the bullshit about the yolk being high in cholesterol is bullshit. It's good cholesterol. I eat two eggs every morning. I am lean as fuck. You can research for yourself but all the information I've found states that eating whole eggs is fine. No sense just eating the whites.

I was 16.9% body fat, 181 lbs Oct 2012. On Jan 31, 2013 I was 14.3% body fat, 166 lbs. Of that 15 lbs lost, 7.2lbs was fat. Not too bad considering that was 80% due to diet alone.

I believe I'd need supplements (legal or otherwise) to get below 13-14% body fat.

2) usually a cash grab, or a good option for someone who is 18 years old. I'd spend 2-3 years, 15 grand and come out with no certificate, just something that looks good on a resume and a foot in the door at a company possibly. I believe that can be achieved on my own. I've spoken to many tradesmen and most never went to school before they were hired as an apprentice.
Also, once you're hired on you have to go to trade school for 3 terms, regardless of if you've taken college or not.

Ideally, I would have not been a fucking retard in high school and actually made an effort to figure out what it is I am good at and what careers exist that I could actually do but now I look at university as a big mystery and have no idea what jobs exist or what I could even do. I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to handle the workload as well. I never had good study habits.

It would be awesome to go to university but I think I fucked that chance up.

So you don't want to go hungry but grazing is bullshit too. Just eat, work, get hungry, then eat. The best time (for me) to work out is over an hour after I've eaten. I don't feel like I've just eaten, but I'm not really hungry. The food is digested, I'm running free of anything moving around in my stomach. I usually have full strength at this point (I find digesting while working out takes away from your power and digesting makes you tired in general) and I look cut, so I am adding to that.

I'd say the hardest part of it is figuring out when to eat and when not to eat rather than waht to eat. But each are equally important I'd say. When to work out is key too. Guys stuff themselves then hit the gym. Fuck that.

Half an hour, walking for 1 min, sprinting for 1 min on a treadmill. Start at 5 min, work your way up each day. Google it, I'm don't know much about it.

Maybe your psych meds fuck with your testosterone. Estrogen production leads to fat gaining, being fat leads to more estrogen production.. Try finding a doctor who isn't just a drug pusher and see if they have any alternatives for you

Have you considered actual psychoanalysis versus traditional talking therapy, etc? I've heard a lot of good things. I've actually been thinking of doing it myself to help work some things out.

It's the chances to encounter women. In high school, they were there. You know them from school, when you go to parties is when you get the chance to fool around with them. How do you ever get that chance when you are no longer in school and never go to any parties? Girls don't want to be picked up at a bar when they're pushing 30, or if they're young and the guy is in his mid 20s.

I just can't figure out how I would even come into contact with girls. My work is the same thing. The girls are college aged. The only way for me to have a chance with any of them is to go to the parties they go to but I don't get that opportunity.

It seems like it's less about looks and the way you carry yourself and more about social status and having a personality that allows you to be popular and have many acquaintances.

I can't figure out this. I will never have the personality to be popular, and the older I get, the less opportunities I have to have sex with women are. No school, no parties, no friends, no social connection = no women. My advice is the internet, i'm hopeless at pulling women in bars but put me in a 1 on 1 meet situation and it's all good.
 
Women who internet date aren't attractive to me. That won't work. Unless it's one of those hook up sites, but I don't believe there are any real girls on there. Unless anybody knows of any in North America where there are actually real girls.
