Basically, my ultimate goal is to shed another 4% body fat while gaining lean muscle. Right now, when I flex, I look ripped. I'd like to look like that all the time, without having to flex to look like that. I'm not sure if it's possible for my body, or if I'd have to use stuff like GHRP.

I've changed my diet drastically and to be honest, I've just gotten back into working out multiple times a week again, so it's not like I've been doing any interval cardio or lifting heavy. Although I still look very fit (I attribute staying "cut" for 3 months of inactivity to diet) and I am only still building up intensity (weight and length of time running), I don't think I could look that much better with just training. Maybe, but I'm not willing to invest more than 1 hour at the gym, 4 days a week (maybe 5).

I'd like to keep the physique I have and just add strength wihtout having to add any body fat to get bigger - just want the same or better definition, with bigger, more pronounced muscles. Strength and maximum bench is secondary to looking ridiculously fit. I'm probably asking for too much, and to be honest I think I look pretty damn good as is, but it would be great to push it to that next level and have one aspect of my life where I am totally on the top echelon in society.
 
Sorry I should clarify - Strength is important to me, but not as important as definition. In other words, I don't want to have to sacrifice definition for strength. And size is not important to me. It would be nice to have bigger muscles, but not if it means having to add more body fat to achieve.

I am however getting into more exercises like pull ups and clean and press, stuff that makes you strong, because I feel it gives you an overall strong and ripped body. I am also doing exercises that produce testosterone each workout - squats, dead lift, leg press.. I try to do a couple leg exercises every time I am at the gym. Another of my goals is increased testosterone production for increased erectile capabilities and sex drive. And to help avoid depression.

Ideally, you want to hit up a pump that would be about 0.75" more in circumference than the pump you just maxed out (or even 0.5" if you can afford to get a set of cylinders). The idea is it will give you expansion beyond what your current pump is (herc = 6.4), but it won't be too much bigger than your current pump, so you are still close to getting sucked to the wall.

The closer you are to the wall of tube, the better expansion you'll get. Ya don't get the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] until you're like 6.25"+ MSEG. It's pretty stupid how big it is. I only got it because it was the next model up at the time and I didn't wanna go air pump. Oh I just did 9 days of dedicated skin stretch hanging and I was good to go. That is the point of stretching in this state. How do you see it as harmful specifically? During refractory period, or the recovery phase after orgasm during which it is physiologically impossible for an individual to have additional orgasms or erection, it is a perfect time to stretch. The state is jelly like and of natural fatigue, very malleable in my opinion. I state this as being a perfect time to stretch as the penis is in a state of fatigue only achievable through orgasm. All other fatigue would be constituted as training to failure or pre-exausting structures prior to stretching, the whole basic of DLD Blasters.
 
Ya but training to failure is a technique used to build muscles mass, not stretch tendon and ligaments. I agree that the restriction of an erection would hinder maximum stretch capabilities, but also the restriction of tight ligs and tunica post-ejaculation does the same thing.

The ideal time to do any stretching, in my opinion, is when the penis is at is maximum pliability. This is the state your penis is in when your get your largest BPFSL measurement. This is exactly the feeling that I have. After ejaculation my tunica is tight, everything is tight, and my penis feels "tough" in general. I've only gotten one good workout after masturbation.

However this could be due to edging for hours. I'd be interested to hear what people who masturbate quickly and then Penis Enlargement say.

But, if its supposed to be about fatigue then when I'm maximally fatigued I don't get good results.
 
I need to make a retraction - DLD I apologize: Fatigue is exactly what we are trying to achieve when stretching tendons and ligaments. I suppose training to failure is the equivalent to hanging 'til fatigue and past.

I just don't believe the "benefit" of ejaculating to achieve fatigue outweighs the negative physiological, psychological, and hormonal consequences.

I would completely agree with you as I am someone who also believes that masturbation could have negative consequences. But, in my theory, the situation is set as, you have already shot off anyway so why not take advantage of this state and stretch. I advocate in the thread that men do not seek to masturbate to do this exercise, I state that if you have already had an emission then the state may be beneficial to those seeking length.
