I tested hanging BTC with my reclining weight bench. Seems like it's easy on the back - hopefully will not cause my any pain and therefore I can continue with BTC hanging. My back has finally healed up after months of being fucked from BTC hanging, which I started around 8 months ago and did for 4 months.

I need two 2x6s under each leg to raise the bench up to allow for enough room to hang.

I tried a set today, did 5 min. Had to stop because weight was dragging on ground. Did 7.5 lbs, attachment point was ok. BTC is a much less harsh angle for the attachment point than SD Standing.

So I will go for 1 set/day for a week then bump it up by 1 set/week. We'll see what the maximum sets/day will be. Probably 2 or 3. Then I will start adding weight each week.

Kinda unsure if this will be okay for my back. If I start getting any problems in my back again, I will ditch hanging immediately.

So hopefully I don't have to ditch hanging before I get an even bigger cock. I really wanna pump and make this dick of mine ridiculously big and fat, but I still need another half inch before I can add the amount of girth I want to. Otherwise, it will be too short and too fat.

[words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] is still a great product with outstanding customer service and alot of guys love them but the pull to me feels softer and I like the aggressive pull of the Bathmates

Distant 4th is the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X40[/words]- I have yet to be able to successfully use it without my nuts wanting to join the party.

The Dry pumps are collecting dust. Dont use them at all now that the Hydros are being used

Hey, I just asked Bib this same question, but haven't gotten a response yet. I wanted to ask you since I know you've hanged before also.

I don't know how long I've been doing it, but for at least a couple of months now I've been hanging really close to the glans, like I think through my set the hanger is actually gripping half of my actual glans. During this same time I haven't experienced any gains as far I know. I just started attaching much closer to the base thinking that maybe I was supposed to be doing this all along since I was focusing on lig gains anyways. What do you think?

The reason I ask is because I remember reading somewhere that a guy said the closer you attach to the glans the more it stretches the ligs, and the closer to the base the more it stretches skin. I have too much skin stretched already, so naturally I moved closer to the glans. Looking back though I think the guy was a beginner that didn't know what he was talking about.

Still haven't jerked off, either. The pros: penis is larger, stronger, can attach weight to it, great erections all night, stronger at the gym, stronger at work, better sleep, better appetite. The cons: Crippling depression and self loathing. All in all, I think it's a fair trade off.

This is the weight I will hang until I can feel I can move up (by 1lbs). Probably a week.

I also will try very hard to time manage better so I can get in MINIMUM 2 sets/day.

I'm doing well at all my goals except 1... I won't have 3 books read this month. The physical is coming along very well, though.

I think if you can make it 30 days then your dopamine levels will equalize themselves. Keep going! Also, check my thread. I've got some minor but very real gains.
