I hear that man. I read Dash's "Hard Core Hanging" thread yesterday and I am going to go for his approach. I'll shoot for 1-3 sets/day and try to move up in weight as quickly as possible. He gained like crazy by doing it. I still suggest to you try for 6 sets/day but for me it's just too much now. I've been hanging every day since Nov 1, 2012 and it took way too much free time. So I'll do like you say and keep at it with Dash's method and hopefully gain something. I still feel fatigue so I think I should probably gain something.

The thing I will be focusing on most is attaching properly - trying to attach as close to the head as possible. That way my attachment point won't get destroyed. I've been attaching way too high up since I started SDS and it has resulted in a large, inflamed lump just below the high attachment point. The lump had already been there but the hanger just agitated it.

So I'll just take it easy and consistent. Fuck trying for 10+ hours a week. That's the best way to hang but I don't care that much anymore. My main problem is finding someone to use it on.

I've been jackin off like crazy since Thurs. I'm stopping with hanging for a few days. I have this agitated lump that stands out and I want it to heal a bit. Have you tried using a silicone sleeve? Seen it mentioned a few days ago on here and seen it mentioned a few times on bibs forum. Wasn't sure how practical it was or the method behind it being used with a wrap.

No. I just have a really irritated, swollen attachment point lump. Kinda pissing me off. So I'm going to let that chill out for a bit. Then start back up at whatever weight I can stand and do 1 set/day, like dash's hard core hanging program. Hopefully the PGE1 doesn't make attachment point pain an issue. I think it'll be a good combo. It was originally what I was going to do last summer - hanging and PGE1. But I chose to just hang in the fall. I've gained a solid quarter inch of EL since then so I feel I'm at a good size to start this method.

I think you're right about SD standing being painful. I started with BTC and it was much nicer on my attachment point. The only reason I switched to SD standing from lying down BTC is back pain. It's a fucked up position for your back to be in for 3 hours a day. I was gaining with BTC. And able to add weight each week. Not nearly as much problems with attachment point pain. But back pain, yes.

I'd need to build a special chair or something to hang BTC without damaging my back. Fortunately for me, my penis is pretty much big enough for what I want to do with it. Unless I fall for a woman with a 9" deep vagina, I'll be okay with my current size.... Maybe a half inch to 3/4 more could do me, as far as length goes.
