Should I be trying to make eye contact and smile at as many women as possible or should I ignore them until they approach me or say something to me? Mike, obviously I am not the best to give you advice here but maybe I could help with something I heard a while back when listening to a video and it really made good sense to me. Basically the guy tells the viewer to not only smile and make eye contact with the girls you find attractive but to do this with everyone you encounter. He said that if you treat every engagement throughout the day with each person you encounter is an opportunity to practice be nice, being complimentary, practicing smiling, etc. He stated that if you get used to doing this with everyone you encounter it will make it easier when a girl you like comes around. I wish I could remember the video name but the guy has some solid advice.
 
It depends to an extent on your environment. At work, just keep things employee/employee IMO. Also if you live in a small town where a bad image of you will spread be careful. Other than that, I have gotten my best results by far expressing myself as a man wanting a woman. You don't need any of this be nice to everyone shit, and you don't really need to approach every woman and smile and make eye contact. Hey Mike, what are your measurements right now? Can you take some quick measurements and post your starting and current stats?

I honestly would tell you to stick with it and go for something like 10 inches first before going after girth, but I guess that's not what you're looking for.
