Basically, my ultimate goal is to shed another 4% body fat while gaining lean muscle. Right now, when I flex, I look ripped. I'd like to look like that all the time, without having to flex to look like that. I'm not sure if it's possible for my body, or if I'd have to use stuff like GHRP.

I've changed my diet drastically and to be honest, I've just gotten back into working out multiple times a week again, so it's not like I've been doing any interval cardio or lifting heavy. Although I still look very fit (I attribute staying "cut" for 3 months of inactivity to diet) and I am only still building up intensity (weight and length of time running), I don't think I could look that much better with just training. Maybe, but I'm not willing to invest more than 1 hour at the gym, 4 days a week (maybe 5).

I'd like to keep the physique I have and just add strength wihtout having to add any body fat to get bigger - just want the same or better definition, with bigger, more pronounced muscles. Strength and maximum bench is secondary to looking ridiculously fit. I'm probably asking for too much, and to be honest I think I look pretty damn good as is, but it would be great to push it to that next level and have one aspect of my life where I am totally on the top echelon in society.
 
Sorry I should clarify - Strength is important to me, but not as important as definition. In other words, I don't want to have to sacrifice definition for strength. And size is not important to me. It would be nice to have bigger muscles, but not if it means having to add more body fat to achieve.

I am however getting into more exercises like pull ups and clean and press, stuff that makes you strong, because I feel it gives you an overall strong and ripped body. I am also doing exercises that produce testosterone each workout - squats, dead lift, leg press.. I try to do a couple leg exercises every time I am at the gym. Another of my goals is increased testosterone production for increased erectile capabilities and sex drive. And to help avoid depression.

When i was pumping, I would start out a couple sets in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]herc[/words] then finish off with like 4 sets in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words]. Unfortunately, the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] was too much of a leap bigger than the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]herc[/words], so it mostly gave me insane base girth expansion, due to the ridiculous suction it had, which was strongest at the connection point (pelvis) therefore giving the base a crazy pump.

Ideally, you want to hit up a pump that would be about 0.75" more in circumference than the pump you just maxed out (or even 0.5" if you can afford to get a set of cylinders). The idea is it will give you expansion beyond what your current pump is (herc = 6.4), but it won't be too much bigger than your current pump, so you are still close to getting sucked to the wall.

The closer you are to the wall of tube, the better expansion you'll get. That's why I will likely buy the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words] (if it's still on sale) when I start pumping again. I hear it is the midway size between the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]herc[/words] and the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words]. I'd prefer the water pumps, seems like it would be better than air, but if the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words] is not the size I require (circumference) or too costly, I'll just buy an air pump and get a set of like 5 tubes of difference sizes.

That was my original plan before [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words] came out. I was asking [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] to make a mid sized pump til I was blue in the face, they decided to create new models of their current pumps.

Ya don't get the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] until you're like 6.25"+ MSEG. It's pretty stupid how big it is. I only got it because it was the next model up at the time and I didn't wanna go air pump. And a fellow named Dan Clizer on here had gained like 1.5" of girth in 10 months using it and recommended it so I got it. Still a good pump, difficult learning curve, hurts to use at first because it's so big and the suction is so strong - I'm a skinny dude, small bone structure etc, so to have something the size of my fist trying to suck in my entire pelvis...

Save your money and get something that's under an inch larger in circumference than your current pump.

Oh I just did 9 days of dedicated skin stretch hanging and I was good to go. I also wear my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] 4 days a week and that does good for the skin stretch. I think just hanging your sets each day will take care of all those types of problems. I have no skin stretch problems now and haven't for awhile, probably since like the end of October when I started hanging for gains.

Then you start to become confident and certain that you will reach your goal. Problems still come into play, but the goal is so ingrained that you always find a way around them. Your labours produce real fruit, something you can sit back and be proud of daily. Something to brag about, even.

It's really a great metaphor.
