Going a long time without eating is bad. It actually makes you bloated and you look fatter. I've heard many people say they are leaner when they eat frequently myself included. I have abs after I've eaten a good meal but look puffy when I haven't eaten for 5 hours.

On the other hand, you should not be constantly eating. Ideally, you want to eat a good meal (that contains all the things in those links) then not have to eat again until you are hungry (hopefully in around 3 hours). You know you are on the right track when you start to have bowel movements after a meal or before you are about to eat another meal. Ideally, (for me), I want to wake up, bang out a huge deuce, eat a big breakfast (never eating past the feeling of full), eat another nice meal in about 3-4 hours when I'm hungry again, and then bang out another deuce shortly after that. I heard somewhere if you're healthy, you should shit after each meal (and if you're eating right). Sounds about right for me.

So you don't want to go hungry but grazing is bullshit too. Just eat, work, get hungry, then eat. The best time (for me) to work out is over an hour after I've eaten. I don't feel like I've just eaten, but I'm not really hungry. The food is digested, I'm running free of anything moving around in my stomach. I usually have full strength at this point (I find digesting while working out takes away from your power and digesting makes you tired in general) and I look cut, so I am adding to that.

I'd say the hardest part of it is figuring out when to eat and when not to eat rather than waht to eat. But each are equally important I'd say. When to work out is key too. Guys stuff themselves then hit the gym. Fuck that.

Half an hour, walking for 1 min, sprinting for 1 min on a treadmill. Start at 5 min, work your way up each day. Google it, I'm don't know much about it.

Also look into Fartlek training. It's like interval training but rather than sticking to sprinting for a minute and then walking for a minute et cetera, you go at your own pace. So jogging for a few minutes, sprinting, walking. May be easier to start off with.
 
Maybe your psych meds fuck with your testosterone. Estrogen production leads to fat gaining, being fat leads to more estrogen production.. Try finding a doctor who isn't just a drug pusher and see if they have any alternatives for you

Have you considered actual psychoanalysis versus traditional talking therapy, etc? I've heard a lot of good things. I've actually been thinking of doing it myself to help work some things out.

It's the chances to encounter women. In high school, they were there. You know them from school, when you go to parties is when you get the chance to fool around with them. How do you ever get that chance when you are no longer in school and never go to any parties? Girls don't want to be picked up at a bar when they're pushing 30, or if they're young and the guy is in his mid 20s.

I just can't figure out how I would even come into contact with girls. My work is the same thing. The girls are college aged. The only way for me to have a chance with any of them is to go to the parties they go to but I don't get that opportunity.

It seems like it's less about looks and the way you carry yourself and more about social status and having a personality that allows you to be popular and have many acquaintances.

I can't figure out this. I will never have the personality to be popular, and the older I get, the less opportunities I have to have sex with women are. No school, no parties, no friends, no social connection = no women. I can lift weights all I want and make my dick large and look great but that doesn't matter because no girl wants to give it up to a stranger, a nobody. You go to a bar alone, they will immediately ask who you're with. You say you're by yourself, you lose. That's a red flag to them, a turn off. They see you as a loser just trying to pick up and then you lose.

The behavioral aspect of the treatment is done through Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), where you must confront your issues head on to an extreme. Pulling in bars is really a numbers game, you probably won't be meeting the love of your life hitting on a dozen women a night but you could probably get it done. You could also say 'they had to go'.

My advice is the internet, i'm hopeless at pulling women in bars but put me in a 1 on 1 meet situation and it's all good.
 
Women who internet date aren't attractive to me. That won't work. Unless it's one of those hook up sites, but I don't believe there are any real girls on there. Unless anybody knows of any in North America where there are actually real girls.
