That's awesome. That means I have like 260 to 350 days left to where I can hang BTC before I even have to worry about tunica hanging. What do you think about hanging sideways from the left and right?
 
Well there's not really an arbitrary time frame to hanging. You just hang at an angle until your gains cease for a couple months with increasing weight then pick a new angle. I just said a year minimum, but depending on your LOT it could be less or more.

I think hanging to the left and right is a good idea, supposedly it stretches different lig bundles. I will incorporate it probably around 6 months into hanging BTC. You should really be asking Bib these questions though. He is the expert. He gained 4+ inches with the hanger he invented. I ask him tons of questions before making my next move. Everything I am telling you I am just regurgitating his words

I started end of Sept 2011. Lengthwise, I mainly gained from EQ. The most I've ever measured (NBP) myself in my life is a tad over 7" but that was long ago and I measured from the side. Before I started hanging, I measured 7.1 NBP the proper way (on top) while standing (which normally gives me less length). This was a maximum measurement.

Before I started Penis Enlargement, I was around probably 6.5 NBP due to poor EQ. So if you see my pictures from Aug 8 on the first post of this thread, I am at 6.9 NBP. I maybe gained a couple decimal points at the most from manual Penis Enlargement + extending in that year.

Funny thing is, I did gain around an inch of BPFSL from Penis Enlargement. So those gains are relevant. I believe before Penis Enlargement I maybe was able to stretch not much more than 7.75 BPFSL, I've been extremely close to 9" BPFSL after a manual session.

I haven't measure since I started hanging but I know I've lost some BPFSL and EL, but that's the nature of it. I haven't been keeping up on manual stretching and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] work the past month due to conditioning for hanging - I didn't want to add any extra stress to the glans, as I have been experiencing mild numbness in my glans from improper hanging technique.

Once I am fully conditioned from hanging, I will resume manual stretching and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] use. But I am in no rush for that.

I believe for me to gain any significant length, hanging is require. Basically anything that exerts constant force for a long amount of time. Manual stretching was not cutting it for me. I am not strong enough to yield the desired results, although I do believe manual stretching is very important and I am going to include it in any routine, permitting my penis is conditioned enough and I have the time.

Girth is a different story. I feel much more confident about my ability to gain girth. I started at around 5.4" EG, now I am hovering at 5.75-5.85. The majority of that gain came in a 2 month time while following a routine of pumping and jelqing. This routine can also be found on the first page of this thread, post #2 I believe.

I stopped girth because I had a conversation with a doctor who told me pumping can lead to complications with length gain (ie fibrosis) and basically stated that it should be done once desired length has been acquired (The link to an article where I share the results of a Q&A session with this doctor can be found on this thread. Page 1 and also around post 191 in my hanging guide). Basically the same theology all the hangers have. At the time, I was unaware of all the information hangers possessed so I overlooked it while doing research.

After the talk with the doctor, I decided to try PGE1 injections with manual stretching + hanging. Long story short, the PGE1 complicated the hanging (attachment point soreness, largely in part due to improper technique), I did more research on Penis Enlargement and decided to get to my goal of 2" NBPenis EnlargementL gained, I am going to have to stretch my ligs and tunica (hanging) before I go about adding raw tissue mass to penis (PGE1 - chemPenis Enlargement).

So now I am doing a strictly hanging based routine, going about it very conservatively, following everything Bib suggests, keeping in close contact with him for any questions I have etc. I am not even going to bother measuring (BPFSL) for at least another 2-3 months.

All of what I am telling you can be found on this thread. I post a ton of helpful things such as articles, theories, links, information, techniques etc.

As of right now, nobody really has any reason to listen to me, but once I have picture proof of actual significant gains, I am sure people will more inclined to consider my theories.

I am, I just lost count last night. I was going for 6 and may have gotten in 7. I'm only at 4.5lbs, which won't do anything. I'm mainly just hanging for attachment point conditioning right now and to increase slowly without injury. All my sets are 20 min. I just don't feel like writing 20 min each time.

I stopped for two reasons, but I intend to start doing manuals again:

1. Time constraints. I was finding getting in a 15 min manual stretch session after work + gym got in the way of my hanging sets, so I'd end up doing less sets. Same thing for before work.

2. Mild pain + numbness. I was having slight pain and slight numbness in my glans and lower shaft due to improper hanging technique. I was attaching too high up, making it so too much blood pressure was in my shaft that came after the hanger, and glans. Adding manual stretching and extending would just further aggravate the injury. I still have very very slight numbness when I squeeze my glans, but I am thinking this is probably normal, due to the nature of a hanging device.

I am going to wait until my attachment technique is flawless and if I have enough time, I will add in manual stretching sessions in my routine. I think they are a good idea, as the weight I am currently hanging isn't enough to bring on fatigue. I think once I reach a weight where I am getting fatigue and actually causing stretching, I think at that point manual stretching would be less useful and I'd probably ditch it to strictly hang.

I will resume manual stretching fully once I start girth work, in a couple years.

I think manual stretching before hanging is a great idea, it gets the penis nice and long and ready, and it gives the ligs some fatigue before the sets. It's just a matter of time - is it worth the added time? I would imagine just doing an extra set would be more beneficial. At low weights, I would recommend doing a manual stretch before a hanging session.

Two 15 min manual stretch sessions per day, Lots of extending, like 6-10 hours, then of course the PGE1 doses. I measured 8" BPenis EnlargementL a couple times during that time, if I hadn't jerked off for a long time and was able to achieve maximum EQ. But that was seated and digging that ruler in very fucking hard.

BPenis EnlargementL measurements are great for accuracy of gains, but as far as using it to state my cock size, I don't put any stock into it. All I am worried about is NBPenis EnlargementL. That can be an advantage, because I've been trying to lose fat, and say I lose enough fat to expose .25" of EL, I take that as a win/gain.

Of course, I realize that some of that penis under the fat pad will be insertable length into a woman when thrusting hard, but I still don't have high regard for it. My goal is 9"NBPenis EnlargementL x 7 MSEG. I could care less what my BPenis EnlargementL is, I just use that measurement because it is the most accurate.

In fact, BPFSL is the measurement I have been really tracking for the past 6 months. The most accurate measurement for tracking gains, in my opinion. Things like fat pad and EQ are variables that come into play and affect an accurate measure, a BPFSL measurement is as accurate as it gets. Keeping in mind that there are different states the flaccid penis can be in, and me personally, depending which state my flaccid penis happens to be in at the time, the difference can be up to .5" BPFSL.

I'm around 8.5" BPFSL as of now. I was around 8.75" during the manual and extending period, getting as much as 8.9" BPFSL after a 15 min manual session. I am probably still stuck at 6.9" NBPenis EnlargementL. I measured 7" NBPenis EnlargementL STANDING just before the hanging.

I need to note that my standing measurement is usually .25" shorter than my seated. Also, it must be noted that I will from now on be doing my official measurements STANDING. That is to say, my goal of 9" NBPenis EnlargementL must be a STANDING measure. That picture on the first post of this thread is a seated NBPenis EnlargementL measurement.

BPFSL I will still do seated, fuck it. This is how I've been measuring and keeping track so there's no point switching it up when I have a good reference point. But when it comes down to it in the end, I want a STANDING 9" NBPenis EnlargementL.

I've noticed more base girth more than anything. The base of my penis is clearly thicker than it was before. It was always the same girth as the majority of my penis, now it is thicker. That's cool. I haven't measured.

I don't intend to measure until I'm hanging over 10 lbs. Or until I've had a month or two of reaching fatigue properly. Whichever comes first. At least three months from now in my estimation.

Mike you've got to get hose EQ issues squared away. I don't want to sound a like a dick, but do you think it has anything to when you smoked crack? You should a build a ROP. I built one for myself and I could blow like 5 loads a day and I'd still have solid EQ (I'd know. I've tested this. :) )

Ya crack didn't help but once I got off it and started exercising I got boners all the time.

It was just from improper hanging. Before, I was getting rock hard erections all night that woke me up 3-4 times. In fact, I woke up a couple times last night because of ridiculously hard erections.

I own a ring of power but the rubber pieces are too short and have melted at the tips. I need to get a replacement hose. I wasn't really concerned with doing it quickly, I looked at Home Depot and Cdn Tire but they didn't have it so I'd have to get it on the net. Wasn't in a big hurry because my EQ is normally fine, looks like it is returning back to normal but fixing my ROP is on my to do list.
