I've been applying DLDs advice to reverse kegel while doing stretches. I always tried to reverse kegel, but now I am making a conscious effort to really reverse kegel properly. I really have to push out hard. What I notice is that it takes tension off the ligs, in other words, when I don't reverse kegel, I feel the stretch on the ligs, very sore, but when I do a good reverse kegel, it takes take soreness and stress on the ligs away, and it feels as if I get a bit further, as if I am pulling out a bit more inner penis with that reverse kegel. Very hard to do every time, makes the stretch harder because I'm holding my breath to reverse kegel. Afraid I may shit myself one of these times. But I feel it may help, so I will keep it up. I'll throw in some non RK stretches to get those ligs here and there as well.
Another thing DLD said in another thread today was to always be stretching the penis, any chance you get. I really feel this is key if you are doing only manuals. For me, if I go hard for a few days and really stretch hard and often, I will have a tiny bit of extra length. I can feel the separation from inner penis and outer penis when I am erect (my base is very thick compared to inner penis). But if I missed a day or so, or have been slacking, that extra bit of length is not there. Even on the flaccid stretch itself. You really have to be vigilant. It's very very difficult for me to keep any type of microscopic gain. I literally have to be pulling the thing as often as possible, and doing it properly and very hard.
Wearing an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] as often as possible helps, taking it off to do a stretch or a couple DLD blasters. What I like about the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] is it keeps the flaccid loose and long - unless you over train. This complements manual stretching. I think an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] does more for tunica gain than anything, or tunica prepping to be more precise. Prepping the tunica to be stretched for possible gains. I like doing a couple DLD blasters after I take it off, when it's as long as possible. They really hurt though.
So the logical progression from this point for me is to start hanging. I think if I keep up my manual work along with hanging, I should be in good territory. I will be commencing hanging sometime next week.

PGE1 injection into right mid-base. Used the 1/2" needle, did a 15 count. I got the same half-assed response as the 1/4" needle. The thing is, I did this dose around noon. I usually do it at night. Kingsnake noticed he had a better response at night, this may be a factor for me. I will try one more dose with the 1/2" needle at night, next time I do one at night. I think I may trend towards doing the injection in the morning now.
15 min manual stretch after injection. Really hurt.
Used [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] but had to take off every 45 min or so for a couple mins - very sore.
Piss pulls and DLD blasters often throughout day.
Another 15 min manual stretch session at end of day.
My observations are that doing the injection then working length after the erection goes down is very painful but seems to be effective towards the end of the day. I've had a very nice flaccid all day - length and girth. It seems very pliable and in that gain zone. The only issue is the pain and difficulty of doing length with the added thickness post injection.
I definitely will not be doing any hanging after a PGE1 shot. Don't know how kingsnake does it. Shit hurts me just to be in [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words] after injection. I'll have to wisely maneuver my hanging times around the PGE1 injections so I am not hanging after an injection but also so there is not too much time in between hanging sets. Hopefully I will grow tolerance as well.
