i would say if you want a proper warm up a 5 mins warm up is key, well i have been on and off whit that routine,and maybe after 6 weeks youd be able to see the results,and IMO once you start to hit a plateau you have to look for a new routine, maybe after two months and you see no results at all, maybe you should start a new routine, actually is quite hard to fail if you follow the routine properly.
